I started the process of refinancing my home a well known lender, not really understanding the process, my options, everything the paperwork talks about, or that it would be almost a 2-month process. However, 3 weeks into the process with the other lender, Austin Danou, a Senior Account Executive with Estate Financial, called me out of the blue and demonstrated such customer excellence and professionalism, by the time we ended the first of many phone calls, I knew he was the person I was supposed to work with in this process. Austin didnt just offer to help me with a refinance. He wanted to get to know me as a person, understand what my financial concerns and goals were, and helped me to understand what my options were for addressing my concerns and achieving my goals. Throughout the process, he fast-tracked actions that the other lender was taking forever to complete, he stayed in regular contact with me to keep me up to date on what was going on with my refinance, and always took the time to answer any questions i had and explain the information contained in the paperwork. Ultimately, Austin helped me to complete a refinance that best fit my financial situation and has put me on a better financial path. I can't thank Austin enough, but I will definitely recommend him and Estate Financial to family, friends, neighbors, co-workers, and anyone else who will listen to me rave on about him lol.
