First and formost let me give you the one average person that I dealt with at the dealership, Ron. I can't blame him for not knowing what he doesn't know about the vehicle that I purchased, but the general manager Justin Pence is someone if you can avoid dealing with, do so at all costs.Justin is someone who lies to cover his tail. I have never had somebody wash their hands of problems when they couldn't make things right after selling me a used vehicle.

These are some real 'good old boys' at this dealership. It's old school all the way. From keeping their word to using real paper in financing. My salesman, Glen was personable and not pushy. The finance guy, Jerel, treated me like we were ol' buddies. The world would be a better place if every dealership was like this one!

I did the online financing and had no problems! However, the used pickup I purchased had the check engine light come on about 24 hours from when I got it, nothing of their fault. They picked up the vehicle, took it to their service department and made the necessary repairs. The used car manager and the service department manager both called me regularly to keep me posted on the progress of the repairs. In my opinion, they went above and beyond and I will definitely go back for my next vehicle! Great sales and service!

The update is for the service only. 4 stars for a great service, on time response, occasional update if you have a long service. I took one star away since 10 minutes into my drive back home I got low pressure alert in on of my tires. They did tire rotation on the truck, how hard was it to check the pressure?

Just received a scam ad that told me I won $1,000 only to find that the number to call gave you no further information. I called the dealership directly and they said I would win "something" just very likely not the $1,000 promised in the ad. It was sort of like a scratch off card and my card was what I thought a winner. Just a scam. I will never do business with a company like this. Ever.

This was horrible. Made an appointment for an oil change at 10:00. At 11:30, after hearing from NO ONE, we went to the desk, and our car had not moved from the spot we left it. Nothing done in an hour and a half, and no one told us anything. Will NEVER go back, and will never recommend this place to anyone!

Won a $1000 prize in their mailed giveaway. Went to claim it on the last day and they closed hours early. Since I couldn't claim it on that day because they closed around 3pm, they won't honor anything. Would not recommend a company that doesn't keep their posted hours.

Ordered a car after 2 years on a waitlist with Eskridge. The workbench order was accepted for my exact model year and build which is supposed to fall under the price protection policy GM has. When my car came in a couple of months later (in the same year) they jacked up the price by $3,000. They claimed model year increase for a second time (first time was after I sent the order to the dealership and I agreed to that increase). They told me I could pay the inflated price or not because in this market they could sell it for 10k more than I'm paying. Horrible and dishonest. GM blames the dealership. The dealership blames GM.
