This is the place I always stay at when in OKC. Rooms are nice and big. Needs are comfy. Staff is nice. Close to everything, for me. Rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast is awesome. Great way to start the day. Restaurants are close by. In all, this place is 5 star for me. (Pics are things close by).P.S. they do charge for parking. That's just an FYI.

I've stayed at this Embassy many times over the years for work. They don't always have the state/govt rate available though. It's the best Embassy in OKC for sure. The happy hour and breakfast are SO nice. Rooms are all super spacious for longer stays. I got upgraded to the floor with rooms that have snacks/drinks included once, and I've longed for that to happen again! The indoor pool is super nice too. There is paid parking, but it's a good spacious lot. I'm a fan of this location!

Great rooms. Newer ES. This location seems to be a newer design and feels more like a new Hilton. . As such it really lacks the classic appeal of ES. One thing missing is the concentric, centralized layout of most Embassy Suites. There's no massive atrium when you're walking to your room. Psychologically that's bad because the atrium subconsciously distracts you from how far you're walking. As such the walk down the hall to our room seemed endless and monotonous even though we were only 3/4 of the way down. It reminded me of a nightmare where you keep walking and walking and never get where you're going. The lobby and their restaurant area were also boring in appearance and generally uninviting like the standard new Hilton layout. Extremely terrible acoustics so it's uncomfortably loud in the lobby and the restaurant area echoed harshly into the lobby upon arrival. Restaurant was way too small for size of the place. Rooms were good but very straight, homogenized layout like a Hampton Inn. No panache. They charge for parking and everything else they can.

Great hotel. My room was very clean. Just a small issue with the bathroom, the shower walls and corners need some tough love and elbow grease. The staff is great, smiles all around. Dastardly Dan played an April fools prank on me and wrote the wrong room number down , but it was 4/2...so jokes on you, Dan. Great breakfast and happy hour. Will definitely stay here again.

Had to update since my last review. We stay here often (about once a month) and it's one of my favorite hotels, always consistent. The staff is always so friendly upon check in.I sometimes skip dinner and just eat veggies and hummus from the free happy hour. Again staff is great. They recently went to a ticketed happy hour, limiting you to two drinks. Honestly, though, since they've done that, I've only been able to go once. The breakfast staff is again great. I highly recommend the egg white omelet with all the veggies mixed in.Parking is extra (which I have never understood) but just know that going in. This is the nicer Embassy Suites in town (but know the airport one was recently remodeled). The beds are super soft (in a good way) and there are always plenty of towels.

My family and I had two suites for one night in early January. The rooms were clean, nicely furnished, and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Gorgeous hotel and room. I couldn't have asked for anything different or better. The front desk staff is very supportive and friendly and will greet you with a smile...even as you are checking in at 1 in the morning. They offer a discount for people staying close due to medical purposes, and I thought that was a great discount to have. The parking lot needs a parking pass they give you as you check in, and I saw security driving around and patrolling. That's very nice since I've had my car vandalized at another hotel parking lot.The room is spacious, super clean, and quiet. I couldn't ask for better. The later-than-expected checkout is AMAZING when you're stressed and exhausted from being at the hospital for a dear one. I was absolutely dragging into the hotel, and I'm happy I was able to get some much needed sleep in a comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. I didn't hear any noise whatsoever from other guests. The breakfast is fantastic and not just the ever-popular bread and cereal. You can get a hardy meal that's delicious, and the cooks and staff were very friendly and attentive. This will be my regular for the rest of the unforeseen future.

We booked a handicap room for my mother who is in a wheelchair. She cannot walk on her own. We were given a room on the fourth floor. It was Handicap assessable, but there's no way to get a person in a wheelchair can get down four flights of stairs if there's an emergency/fire and you cannot use the elevator. I spoke with a general manager, he said it was a new trend not to put rooms on the first floor, and that they had employees that could go door-to-door and ask people if they need help if there's a fire.Seriously you have to wait for someone to come to your room on the fourth or fifth floor and see if you need assistance getting down the stairs when there's a fire?? What if there isn't time? Is the employee strong enough to carry a 200 pound person down four flights of stairs? Not acceptable! Not handicap assessable! Won't be staying there again. He even told me all of their sister companies are following the trend.Bad decision Hilton !!!

Pleasant, clean and conveniently located. BUT Wifi Connectivity unreliable. DO NOT Patronize if you need reliable WIFII was informed that WIFI problems happen "all the time." The desk clerk, obviously practiced in dealing with WIFI complaints, offered the "premium code" which enabled one of us to log in. However, my Iphone was not usable, even with the "preumum code". I even had to step away from the building to get GPS connectivity! I requested a partial refund through hotel customer service and was told that I could not receive one because I had booked through Booking.com. Not a satisfactory reply, in my view. The hotel can obviously receive my payment through Booking.com and could, if it chose, devise a payment system to make partial refunds to its guests.

This 1 star is because of certain staff who had great customer service and I can't leave a review without rating them. Outside of that, they definitely deserve zero! BED BUGS!! Their Assistant General Manager Mr. Pearne, handled the situation very poorly! He obviously needs more training! Maybe I should've acted a fool in the lobby and then maybe they would've taken the situation seriously. They claimed to have found "no bugs" but somehow I left there with bites and pictures of the bed bug. EcoLab clearly didn't do a thorough enough investigation of the room. I'll never stay in another Hilton again!
