My experience with EMBARK on Route#003 on December 2, 2024 between 7:53 AM to 8:35 AM. When I got on Route#3 from the Belle Isle Station at around 7:53 AM I had my bus pass ready to slide through whenever I got on the bus. Well I swiped it through and was ready to take my big sized bags that were literally 50 pounds each to put them in a place that won't block aisles or interfere with driver or passenger safety at that same time the bus driver was being very rude and non-accommodating to me. She was rushing me to sit down and said I needed to move, meaning the bus to move. Well, I after I ran my pass through I had to set those very large bags on that thing where usually the trash cans are and wouldn't be in the way of anything. So, I just sat down and didn't talk to her at all. I really hate those kinds of bus drivers. Now what is so inconsistent is there was a lady that had some issues or affairs, and the driver sat patiently and waited for that lady to get her affairs in order. That happened where that Momma Bear's Child Care LLC which would be 1300 NE 50th. So, what I saw witnessed was bias, preferential treatment and hypocritical, and corrupt behavior on the part of the driver. She didn't rush her in any way like saying she had to move as in the bus moving or just didn't act like that toward her as she did with me. That kind of stuff needs to stop. All the bus drivers need to be trained alike to treat everyone the same no matter what or who the person is. I need to remind all of you who work at EMBARK that you guys have a pledge. It is at the very bottom of the PDF of the Roadmap, and it says, and I quote I PLEDGE TO SERVE ALL CUSTOMERS OF EMBARK WITH GOODWILL AND PROFESSIONALISM. Do all bus drivers do that? No, they don't. They treat certain customers they like with respect while treating others they see as undesirable with no respect. It's like you can show a bias, racist, and bigoted bus driver all the respect in the world, but that will never change the fact that they will always be like that because at the end of the day they don't have any shame in how they act because they never had to be held accountable for anything..Is being dismissive or not wanting to hear people's complaint, bus drivers acting and being corrupt like being preferencial towards certain passengers, customer service employees being assholes towards customers in any way, being professional, listening, being trustworthy or having goodwill? No it isn't. It's beyond comprehension on the hypocrisy, the rudeness, intimidation that customers like me have to experience..

Embark shut down tonight just as thousands of people were leaving the concert and fireworks at Scissortail Park. My friends and I were able to walk to our cars a mile away but there were plenty of families with small children, and disabled people who had a difficult time of it.
