Elotes El Compa Chuy

HEADS UP: this place is located at 4500 S. May. It's in the shopping center, their sign is huge!Lately I've been really craving some Elotes. Not too many places make it and when they do it's usually weak. Lo and behold, I found the perfect place in the south side on town! All the good Latin food is southside, everyone knows that. This place literally has "Elotes" in its name! I came here just for that but, they have ice cream, and other treats. I'm extremely impressed! So much flavor in this little cup I could eat it everyday. I highly recommend you come try the elotes, or any of their other treats!

My husband and I had gone to the blood drive downtown and I've been eyeing this place for a while after looking for some good elotes around OKC. So we went after the drive since it was only 8 minutes away! I was the 3rd person in line, but there was still practically no wait at all. There was an older woman working there as well as a younger girl, both of them were kind and quick. The elotes were great in my opinion. I got it in a cup for convenience in the car. I only got a small, but it was still a pretty large portion. I liked all the things together I didn't have any complaints even tho some other people did. Chamoyada was good too! It was frozen in the cooler though, so it was to melt a little bit before I could do much with it. It was the perfect blend of sweet with spice though. I'm so excited to go back to this place and get more! They had a ton of fruit ice creams and fresh fruit water Im wanting to try!

This place is amazing and delicious! We had elote in a cup and jicama. It was mouth watering and the customer service is top notch.

The "elotes" (corn) are really good. I like the corn on the cob and when I'm feeling like not being messy, I get it in a cup. This place takes the corn off the cob and puts it in a cup, which you get the real corn. I have been to other places where they sell you canned corn BUT NOT THIS PLACE, its the real thing! Their "aguas frescas" (fresh fruit water) are good too.

Growing up in a Hispanic neighborhood we had a lot of people that would sell elotes from a cart. They were amazing so I had to try this place out. It was right next to another restaurant we were eating at so my friend ended up buying a medium size elote. I thought it was okay, I did not care for the chili that was used in the elote. It did not go well with all the other ingredients but that is just my taste buds. It was hot and the ingredients were definitely fresh. I would suggest trying the little one because if you don't like it then you might waste your money. I personally won't get that again. They do have other things here so maybe have to try something else.

Love their corn. The aguas are also good! This is a great place for Mexican antojitos

I've been to ALOT of places and I have never had a fresa con crema this good. Tastes so authentic also got an elite cup and it was chefs kiss. Definitely recommend this place

Is a must to stop at Elotes Compa Chuy, everything is so delicious! Their specialty is their elotes, they are oh so yummy!! All the employees there are so nice too!
