I have used Elite for management since early 2019 and they have all been wonderful to work with! Makes me wonder if the bad reviews are for Elite Real Estate and not Elite Real Estate and Leasing. Two totally different companies. I find these negative reviews hard to believe. They did have a gentleman named Jeff there for a few months and he was no good for the company. Thankfully he's no longer there. They are a small company and treat you like family. Don't believe me? Give them a try and you'll see! Keep up the good work ladies! I have used ELITE to manage my rental properties in the OKC area since they were founded, and worked with the team that became ELITE for several years before that. Remote real estate investing always has its challenges, but I have found the ELITE team to be professional and responsive and the best managers I could hope for. My tenants seem to be happy and stay for many years, and my properties are well-cared for. When disaster has struck (severe hail, tornado, foundation settling), they have been right there to help get the property secured and the necessary repairs done quickly.

Elite has managed one property for us for about three years now. I have nothing but positive things to say about them. They make everything so easy and operate a very professional company. They take care of our tenants are in good communication with us, the property owners. What more could you want? I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They are super friendly in the office and have always be willing and able to help. They handle maintance issues quickly and fully until the issue is fixed. I would highly recommend renting a property from them.

Elite Real Estate & Leasing has been managing my SFH rentals in Edmond since ~2010. I can't say enough good things about them. They are professional and detailed. I receive my statements and deposits every month like clockwork. My turnovers are minimal and happen efficiently. I am not gouged for repairs. Anytime I have to call them someone picks up the phone. I have worked with many other property managers in various states and Elite is by far the best.

Love the house but when we first moved in, it was filthy. After a few weeks they finally shampooed the carpets. There were drink cans in the fridge, smelled bad in house, windows all dirty, previous persons items left in garage. Toilets didnt workwell, water pressure wasnt good. Now, after having a leak in my sons bathroom...we were charged for it. The tub wasnt caulked around the bottom and water came down and leaked into the gap. We had to pay half the bill. They sent out water leak detection people and then finally caulked the tub when they figured it out. We take care of things like they were our own. But now we have no respect for this company because the money was taken out of our account before they let us know. This is deceitful and straight up trashy. Please dont use this company.

This company manages four residential rentals for us. They have failed to do inspections on these properties on multiple occasions resulting in thousands of dollars in repairs that we end up having to pay ourselves. They refused to be responsible even after admitting they failed to do their job.

If there was a zero, they would get that. They do not look after your property. They did not do regular inspections. it turned out that the only way they would do an annual was if I requested one. And I was led to believe they were doing yearly inspections. They let my properties get into disrepair and when the tenant left, I ended up paying for the repairs instead of the tenant who did the damage. The owner said to me, "that is the rental business", and they did not go to the ex tenant to get money. When I finally realized how badly they were doing their job, I moved to a new leasing company. Even toward the end of our business relationship, I asked for a yearly inspection and they said things are fine. I terminated my business relationship and moved to a new property manager. All three houses needed repair. I will just talk about the first one, but this is typical of all three. The dishwasher was broken and had standing water. The tenant said it has been like this a while. There was a broken window he had boarded up that he had broken. A door was broken. And elite tells me there is nothing that needed repair. I know the dishwasher is my cost to repair, but the things he broke would have ended up being paid by me if he had moved out due to the way Elite does business. One house had over ten thousand dollars of damage, all most of this was because of the shoddy work elite does regarding inspections. If you are considering using elite to manage your property, beware, you have been warned. Their emphasis is on electing rent and getting their cut, and not on taking care of your property. Just remember what the owner said to me, "that is the rental business'. I disagree with her philosophy, I paid them to manage the property. If you want to see the repair receipts I incurred after the tenants moved out, I will gladly share with you. I wish I had really paid attention to what they were doing sooner, I would have saved myself a lot of grief and money.

Everyone at Elite did a great job for me and I recommend them to anyone buying, selling, or renting. They managed two rental properties for me very effectively and when it came time to sell they did so very quickly at a great price. They know their market and guided me through all aspects of my investment perfectly. Michelle, Debby, and Robin were all very responsive and pleasurable to work with and I recommend them whole-heartedly.
