Elaine's Transport

This company is the most insensitive, vile company. We set up a transport for our family member to go home for hospice care. They were given all the details yet they brought a gurney that was not the right size. The 2 apathetic employees said nope we can't do it and left us high and dry. When the hospital called the owner, they tried to double the quoted price. Do not use this company, use Medride if your are ever in this situation.

Im experience emt/driver and old nurse I worked there for two days on the first day was a pretty good day on the second day I was teamed up with the worst person she was rude and mean and had an attitude we worked all day I asked if I can get something to eat for lunch because I'm diabetic if we can just stop at a gas station she said no and kept on going so I was pretty grumpy at the end of the day I get a call from the owner griping me out like if I was a teenage i did something wrong I automatically apologize but she kept belittling me so I told her I don't think this is going to work out she said this is her way or the highway I get it I do not work for this business they'll tell you their family but in reality they're a liar and worst kind of people

This company is a five star company. They were very nice and professional. They are fully equipped. My husband needed non emergency stretcher transport to his chemo appointment on very short notice and Elaine and her team came through for my family. I will use this company again and have already made the appointment.
