El Molcajete

Food is usually great but when the transaction total doesn't match the card slip because they don't disclose there's a surcharge for cards. Sorry not sorry but I won't be back. $10 item cost $15.25 out the door with no tip! . That don't math

The service and food are nothing to write home about, I would choose any of the other Mexican restaurants in town over this place. Nothing terrible, just not what I prefer.

This restaurant is as close as you are going to get to a home cooked meal. I had the Birria Tacos, which were recommended by our waiter. The tacos were so good, the beef was delicious, and the beans were amazing. I had a margarita to chase everything down and it was pretty good. My daughter had the cheese enchilada plate and she seemed to really enjoy it, as she ate most of it. Service was good, our waiter gave us recommendations on food, and was super friendly. Try this place if you are in town, it's perfect for families.

We love this place! We get seated quickly. I recommend the Jamie special! The food is delicious!

I ordered the birria (or something like that) tacos. This was the best Mexican food I've had in YEARS. Our waiter was nice and funny. Glad I found some good food in Talequah finally, but sad I found it the last day I was there and the fact that I will never go back there in my life. I will forever remember the amazing Mexican food I had here !

El Molcajete is horrible! Got an 8.99 dinner and they charged us 9.74. Cashier argued with me that dinner prices are different than what the menu says. Yet my sister who got the same dish I did was charged 8.99. They totally didn't care. Terrible service, terrible food, we will not ever be back!!

A group of 6 us went in to enjoy a meal. The waiter messed up our alcohol drinks and then never brought me my dr.pepper. When our food came out, everyone got their food except me. I got my food about 10 minutes after everyone else. The people next to me who came in 15 minutes after us got their food before I did. When my food did come, they messed up and gave me beans instead of rice. 4 out of 6 of our plates weren't right. It was a total disaster and the food wasn't good, neither was the drinks. I am extremely disappointed in this place. I don't recommend it at all!! Service, food, and drinks were horrible.

Best Mexican food in tahlequah! Food is authentic and large portions. The staff is awesome and very helpful. I will be returning and urging others to join me.

Forgot my tortillas and my queso. Of of the worst experiences yet because when I check the back the worker gave me attitude and asked " did you forget what you ordered" this was crap.
