El Mirador Mexican Restaurant

I tried El Mirador for the second time today but I don't think I'll be back for a third.The staff are very nice and the restaurant is super clean and tidy. The prices are very reasonable. The decor is nice as well. Unfortunately, that's about all the nice things I can say about the place.The food is just not that good. I really wish I could say different but that's been my experience both times I've been to El Mirador. We both had enchiladas with rice and beans. The tortillas were really tough and the fillings were either scanty (not much cheese in the cheese enchiladas) or just didn't taste very good (beef enchiladas). The green sauce for the enchiladas verde was excellent though! But the beans were watery and bland.Again, I'm sorry I can't give El Mirador a better review. Noble needs a good Mexican restaurant.

Waitress and staff were friendly and helpful. Normally, the food is a little bit better than average, but always nice atmosphere. But tonight, we hate the steak and chicken fajitas for two. It was really delicious and we would highly recommend this dish. I think most of the specialty dishes would be good. The dishes that are under one price are sort of average. We still would recommend the El Mirador for a nice quiet meal.

Excellent frozen margaritas!!!Their standard sauce is pretty mild, but you can ask for their "hot" sauce and mix the two together. That makes it awesome. Try the Noble Special - very good dish, can feed two people.Their portions are pretty good sized. Always seem to have extra to take home. Maybe because I OD'd on the chips and salsa before the meal came out.And did I mention - they have excellent frozen margs...

Great little spot! Happy to have this business in Noble. Mirador Quesadilla, Birria Tacos (you have to ask, they aren't on the menu) and the Chicken Soup are our favorites. Oh, and the Chorizo Queso is amazing

2.7/5 Upon entering the restaurant I was greeted with a unique smell caused by the humidity of the building. I am unsure if I just happened to walk in on a bad day where the air conditioning was out or something. The smell wasn't pleasant by any means but I got adjusted to it easily. Being seated was very fast and handled professionally. After being seated I was greeted by a waiter, there was a little bit of a language barrier but he was able to get me unsweetened tea in a timely manner. After he got me my tea he was swapped out with a new waiter where I ordered fajitas (chicken/beef) with one tamale. Waiting for my food I decided to have a go at the chips and salsa and to my surprise it was extremely mild, I asked for a spicier salsa and they brought me a vinegar based sauce that reminded me of some zesty salsa for salad when it comes to the viscosity, but indeed it was spicier than the latter. Overall wouldn't recommend the salsa, either one. The food arrived in a timely manner the fajitas were great, the refried beans were good but the rice I found to be bland and slightly overcooked, they were a little mushy. The tamale on the other hand I found to not fit my taste. It came prepared with a sauce on it that I didn't like, and the pork filling wasn't all that great. It felt like a store bought pre made tamale. I didn't end up finishing the tamale. The fajitas consisted of bell pepper, onion, tomato, chicken, beef. They were great, grilled to perfection. I usually don't like tomatoes but when I seen them grilled like that I knew it would be good regardless. The chicken and beef were cut in small strips. Just like the kind you can find at Supermercados Morelos. I didn't check the restrooms or anything like that, I will say the unsweetened tea was very good, not over brewed or anything like that. Overall I wouldn't necessarily recommend the place, nor would I really be against to going to it again. I ended up paying $20.50 for myself and I think that is alright for a restaurant experience in Noble, I do wish that it was a little colder in the building. Hopefully I just came in on a day where the air conditioning was out and they will have it fixed soon.

Good, solid, no frills Mexican food. Service was fast, staff were pleasant and price was fair. Not much more you could ask for on a week night meal. Will definitely be returning.

Salsa's bland, the food itself lacks flavor. Service is alright, not exceeding my expectations, but definitely not absent. No matter how you spruce up the inside it's still a Pizza Hut vibe.

This place is a small treasure, found it by accident. Food is the best around, portions are huge for the price, drinks are fantastic, love the jalapeño margarita!

Great food, friendly people and decent prices. It's a must visit type of place. The place is clean as well.
