I would first like to note the amazing service and welcoming ambiance. You can feel the passion and connectedness of such a place.The food, while seasoned and very distinct, is not consistent in the satisfaction it elicits. Some of the items are undercooked, whereas others are overcooked; some cuts of meat are stringy whereas others are hardy; some items you wish to have more of, and some items you have to push yourself to finish. In particular, I quite fancied the sausages but I did not care for the chicken; and am uncertain but leaning slightly downward on the empanadas. The plantain pancakes and potatoes can go either way; and the steaks, lastly, had some delightful bites in between less pleasant ones.In terms of the balance of food, I would suppose to say that the nutrition (relatively) and culinary proportions are decent. Some of the items though were a bit too oily for my liking, would be one recommendation I have.Very hole-in-the-wall. Definitely give this place a shot if you're traveling through Oklahoma City or happen to be a resident but perhaps have not gotten around to discovering this place yet.

Went here for some empanadas!!! And they did not disappoint. The atmosphere in the building was really nice. And there server was really kind. Definitely gonna go back to see what else I can get hooked on!

Bring your appetite, the food is delicious. Small off the wall place is definitely worth a trip. My wife is Colombian so a lot of the food I've cooked at home.The menu is a bit confusing with the QR code other than that. It's a nice little place just off the main path.

I was so excited to eat here with my family of 6. Sadly we arrived 8 minutes prior to closing on a Sunday, the doors were locked, and we were turned away by the employee. Disappointing, but I too should've checked their hours, so I won't judge too harshly. As a business owner, I would like to know when my employees turn customers away prior to the exact closing time. Will try again another day and update my review.

I've been here many times and it's been spectacular every time. 10/10 would recommend.Other yummy things to try include the bandeja paisa, sancocho (weekends only!!!), and sobrebarriga en salsa.

Not impressed.Overall: bland, tasteless, dry and disappointing food.And overpriced.Service was friendly, but the food was poor.Specifically asked the waiter for something spicy that the regulars order, and was brought a plate of scraps of meat that looked like they were leftover odds and ends from the prep of other meals. The bits and pieces tasted just how they looked: tough, dry meat, overcooked and underspiced. Essentially tasteless chewy scrap.And no potatoes or rice or beans or any starches. Three pieces of fried plantain and that's it. There were two salsas for dipping the scraps into and one (the "mild" salsa) looked like it had been poured right out of a bottle of Kraft salad dressing and the so-called spicy one wasn't much better. My friend liked his empanada but holy mackerel, it was tiny. More like an hors d'oevre.They charged $22 just for the plate of scraps that can't be worth more than $2, although it shouldn't have been served at all, for any price. I'm pretty pissed about that.Restaurant has zero atmosphere and cheap decor more appropriate for a taco stand. Whatever you do, don't take a date there. She'd be more impressed with McDonald's.Sadly, we won't be back.

Says that they close at 7 got there at 6:30 and they already had the doors closed and the open sign was off with people inside and that's a shame bc I'm Puerto Rican and that's the only Puerto Rican place in town had to drive 30 minutes for nothing

- grabbed togo - bandeja paisa- cute intimate inside- rice and beans are great there. The soups are great too. - slacking a little on the amount of meat and spices for the prices. Chicharrons could be crispier, empanadas need more meat, arepa was very different from how I have had...needs a little more flavor. - service was quick.

Slightly pricey but the food is amazing! The staff are extremely friendly and very accommodating. I'll definitely be going again.
