Edmond Pet Resort

I've taken my dogs to board here off and on for quite a while (I prefer to have a house sitter if possible). It's clean and the front desk is courteous.My dogs have always come back healthy and don't seem overly stressed or upset.My only complaint? I think they need video cameras. I want to be able to see my dogs!

After my last review I got a message from Fran, who must be the owner, stating I had never been there and she was going to have her Legal Staff contact me. Shameful to try and scare people who leave HONEST real reviews. That tells you ALL you need to know about EPR right there. Still waiting to hear from her 'Legal Staff.' My law degree and Oklahoma Bar Membership (meaning I am a licensed Oklahoma lawyer) should comein handling should her 'Legal Staff' call me.

I've been taking my dog here for 5 years and have always had a great experience. They call me as soon as she's done so she doesn't have to sit in a crate all day. She always seems happy when I pick her up & her haircut is always perfect!

I have been taking my dog Gracie to Edmond Pet Resort for the last five years and I cannot say enough positive about Fran and her team. Grace begins to get excited before we even turned the corner because she knows we're going to somewhere she loves. Any time that she has been there for daycare, grooming or boarding? She has been well cared for, and I have nothing but praise. Thank you Fran, and all your helpers at Edmond Pet Resort. I would not trust anyone else with Gracie but you all.

Great pet care and playtime! I have trust in the staff and my dog loves his experience at Edmond Pet Resort! The dogs have access to indoors and outdoors with real grass, not artificial turf!

I'm very disappointed in the boarding here! I picked up my yorkiepoo Sunday after being gone for the weekend, got her out to the car and saw a bite with a blood blob on her back. I took her back in and was told they had no idea how it had happened. Then my daughter called me, who had also left her yorkie there, and she also had a bite or scrape above her eye! I went back in on Monday and showed them pictures but was told there is no way they can be watched all the time and they had 21 dogs over the weekend! Obviously too many dogs to take care of properly. We won't be taking our dogs back there.

Fran and her staff have always taken care of our pups well and they love going to daycare! There are cameras which is awesome if you want to see your pup mingling. I recommend this place to anyone that is wanting special attention for their fur babies:)

I was pleased with how my little Finn was cared for. The environment was clean and cozy and I really feel he enjoyed it there. I thought the staff was very pleasant. I will take him there again and I won't worry about him. Lol. Thank youVicki Rankin

Crap way to run a business. If we make mutual plans to be there at 7am, it is expected someone to be there. And please don't call us the liars. If you have a requirement of a certain vaccine for the dog, then make sure the customer knows. This was never told to us. If you require specific paperwork to be filled out and signed, make sure you tell the customer. Again, this was never told to us. You may have a good boarding facility and maybe you groomer it good but your communication skills are lacking! Lacking to the point of stupidity!

Going to Max & Elsie's isn't a pet resort, it's a place where Molly & Simon call home. A big shout out to the staff. Every Tuesday and Friday when I drop Molly off she is greeted by Esther and Megan saying, "Molly" and she runs into the office as she thinks she owns the place. They open their doors at 7:30 but in order for me to make it to work by 8:00, Esther will open at 7:25. Where can you find that kind of service. If you want a quaint, fun and lovable place for your dog then Max & Elsie's is the place. The manager Crystal, Lauren and Kasei are the best you won't regret taking your dogs here.
