Edmond Air is one of four local HVAC business I contacted for HVAC replacement, as I'd rather shop local than use a company that's paying for all the billboards you see around Oklahoma.At any rate, come the day of my appointment Edmond Air contacts me to move my appointment to the following day, saying their technician got into a car crash. Fair enough, things happen and I was just glad they contacted me. Well, the following day comes and they don't show, they don't call, nothing. So I reach out, the young lady I talked with said she would get back to me as she seemed confused as to what was going on. Eventually I get a call back from a guy this time, again acting like they had no idea what was going on but told me they could make it out on Monday.Well, today is Monday and it's another no call, no show. So, I can't speak for the quality of their work or their prices, but I can say that they just lost a potential customer and any potential referral from me to other homeowners. I'll also be letting my real estate agents know, as this was very unprofessional.

3rd time we have used Edmond Plumbing for service issues. This time it was a toilet bolt / flange issue.They have great communication, arrive on time, come in and make an assessment and do what they say they'll do, and even a little more.The flange was broken and whomever originally put it in did not grout and support it like they should have. Mark addressed the issues with his apprentice and were in and out in about 90 minutes at a reasonable price. We will use them again and recommend them.

We have used them several times in 2022 including new air conditioner and hot water heater. The hot water heater has not seemed right since we got it. Including the water pressure and the water is just different. The first call back someone came out to work on the water pressure and said the problem was in the wall. He tore out the handle in the shower and replaced it and the shower head. Charged us $350 and the problem wasn't fixed. Tried to sell me something that "will be about $50 a month". Why do I need that after getting a hot water replaced? I called again to ask questions and was told I would have to talk to the plumber that did the work and that he would call me. He never did. Life happened and I'm just now able to follow it up, but am going to spend at least a service call to another plumber to see what the problem is. There are plenty of other plumbers in town. I would call someone else.

My realtor set up Edmond heating air conditioning and plumbing to add a water line for the refrigerator in my house. They charged me $450 to add a water line and when they were done my wall had a huge hole in it. They said they were not responsible for damages to sheetrock. I called and asked their office manager if they could work with me on the price since now I have to hire someone to repair the hole in my wall and she told me that $450 is the best they can do on price. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Very honest people. Other people came to my house and told me all of the many things I needed to replace, or upgrade. Fortunately, someone I trusted recommended Edmond Air. They came over and saved me thousands. Yes, I recommend them to friends and family. I am skeptical of the reviews listed. I have always had a great experience.

They showed up the same day and took time to figure out the real problem. Chad and Scott showed up and not only were they really cool guys to hang out with and talk to while they worked but they went above and beyond. They cleaned out the vent in my home and sprayed out the unit in the backyard. I highly recommend this company based on professionalism, timeliness and employee attitude!

I used Edmond Air based on a friend's recommendation. My job included installing a gas stove which required a new line and shut off, and I had them replace two bath/shower faucets and exterior faucets (from the show line). They were courteous on the phone, showed up when promised, did a high-quality job and did not leave a mess. It was a long day and they stayed past 6pm to finish. The young men, Christian and Donavon, were clean cut, polite, and hard working. I would call them again and recommend to anyone that asks.

We called them to fix a leak in the water line to our shower. Four days later we had massive holes in our walls, busted cabinets, and two new leaks. A days worth of work took four days, and cost three times as much as our usual guy. We won't be calling them again.

I have used this company several times and had them do work on a toilet loose from the base and fix that once, had them twice now, including today 03/01/2023, unplug a tub that was clogged and they did a full clean out and also did the same on the sink in the same bathroom. Arrived timely and were efficient in getting the issues resolved. I have not used them for any very complex issues but was pleased with the work I had done today by Brody and would recommend the company.

Chad made an after hours call to one of our tenants who was going through an extremely difficult time as she just lost her husband. He showed great compassion to her and was able to get her AC running in no time. From now on we will use these guys for our HVAC and plumbing needs.
