Stopped by on my way to Texas, as I was CRAVING sushi. I don't know what I expected from googling Sushi spots in Ardmore.They gave me a free Salted Edamame appetizer before they delivered my Miso Broth. Super small establishment, but very cozy. I came during lunch, so some of the local gals were having their bottle of white wine, catching up on the hot gos. The sushi roll was not at all what I was expecting.... It was like a Philadelphia roll but with like a Smokey BBQ mayo sauce? I'll stick to the bigger cities for sushi lol.

Stayed in Ardmore for a few days. Sushi was good. Pleasantly surprised for middle of Oklahoma! Good recommendations given by staff. Friendly! Ambiance is small town restaurant. Not many tables but staff is friendly and attentive. Would definitely visit again!

Top notch sushi place! They have it figured out here. Smoke in the water and crab cakes were both phenomenal! Staff is great ! Came in from Okc and will go here everytime we are in Ardmore !

I really like this restaurant. Over the last several years I've stopped on numerous times and drive five minutes into town for a very good sushi lunch or dinner. The give you edamame as an appetizer. It is hood, with what I think is similar to a Cajun seasoning shake on it. I ordered the sweet Riesling, which is Pacific Rim for $6. I would buy this Riesling got home. It's sweet without being over the top. I ordered a bowl of miso soup and as I took my first drink, I remembered why I'm here - such flavor. Every spoonful just burst with flavor in my mouth! I ordered the "38 Special" minus rice. This is fried shrimp, avocado, white tuna, wonton, chive oil and eel sauce. It was exceptionally yummy. I love sushi rolls without rice! That way I get all the flavors without wasted calories. I had considered putting the eel sauce in the side, because honestly the won ton and the eel sauce MADE this roll! I also enjoyed the wasabi and the eel sauce in one amazing bite!Once again, an above average meal on the road thanks to Edamame.

Sitting in the restaurant now, waiting over an hour & still haven't gotten our meals. The waitress won't make eye contact with us.So, we got up and told them we were leaving. Our sushi had been sitting for at least 10 minutes. We took it to go and it was room temperature!!Do not go here if you are looking for authentic sushi & good service.
