If I had the option to meave ZERO stars, I would! The location was hard to find and the GPS literally landed me in the middle of a dirt road when the actual location was another 15 minutes away. I asked for help and was rudely hung up on TWICE by the front desk. Upon checking in, there were bugs in the shower, sink and multiple bugs in the bed. When I notified the front desk about the bugs, they said tbey had to come see (which I understand...you need to make sure people are being honest) and the girl said "oh, this is nothing..." then picked up the bugs in a tissue and said "no more bugs!" and that was that. I asked for a refund and was told no because I booked through hotwire. I contacted hotwire and was told to contact the property. In short, I have bites...from actual bed bugs...and still no refund. DO NOT stay here!!! The manager Kenny is USELESS and argumentative. Even with PROOF from a HOSPITAL, they refuse to issue me a refund. So now a $50 room has cost me $270 by the time I saw a Dr and got medicine because there were so many bites. Run!!!

please, do not stay here. its a shit hotel. the management is very rude you have to pay for everything.

Poor. Poor. Poor. I walked in to the smell of feet. Seriously! The dude who checked me in was not wearing shoes and those feet reeked!!! Despite this, I rented a room. I went in the room, set my bag down on a chair, and opened the fridge door to put something inside. The place is run down as shit but I did not expect old Mr. Cockroach to make such a bold appearance. That bug just sprinted across the room without a care in the world. In essence, what was I gonna do about it. I grabbed my bag and headed back to the front desk. I told him the room was not up to par and I wanted a refund. He called his boss who walked him through the process of refunding me the money. So they refunded me my money that day. And on the following day they charged me again! So on the credit card statement it looked like they refunded me. However, several lines later they had charged me again!!! So if you're into poor hygiene, and it's accompanying smell, cockroaches, and fraud all in one place the ... Economy Inn Oklahoma City is the place to get it. The reason I wrote this scathing review is because I want my pound of flesh. Mr. Roach Motel owner you opted to steal from the wrong individual on this one sir. You're hotel is bug infested. The lobby reeks of feet. And you committed fraud.

Probably the rudest I've ever been treated my wife and I walked to McDonald's next door and on the way back we were told vagrants like us weren't allowed on the property after we just rented 2 room and 1 of the rooms had no pillows the guy at the front desk asked why we needed pillows and what we planned to do with them so if I could give negative stars I would definitely wouldn't recommend it unless you are ok with blatant disrespect
