My daughter and I have been here since December 20 23 we ran into a situation with our previous place that we lived and they worked with us to get us into a great two bedroom apartment and Cara stayed late on Christmas Eve so I could get off work and sign for the keys Anytime I've ever had a problem. They have worked with me and have been very helpful. The maintenance staff has been prompt in getting any issue. I've had taken care of and if it's taking a little bit of time like the air conditioner going out with the temperatures being below 70 when it's not ideal to Charge them, they have given me their words that it will be fixed promptly and the next stretch of warm days it was fixed. I would highly recommend. I have had nothing but good experiences with the ladies in the office and the gentleman in the maintenance crew. And they love dogs

Wow so for some reason they filed for eviction on the 12th last month. We had rent paid by the 23rd. We have not been 30 days late on rent ever. First time they have filed but super confused as to why they were allowed to file since this is oklahoma and that's against the landlord tenant act. Anyways they will not accept this months rent without payment of the filing eviction fees (which should NEVER have been filed in the first place!) I'm completely baffeled they wont accept rent. Guess we will go to court because this complex really likes to mess with peoples lives. We have signed a lease so this makes no sense. Also we have been in our apartment since August and have had 4 different across the hall neighbors. Seems a lot of people break the lease because the way this company does business.

Quiet place, reasonably priced. Pool, storage, playground, plenty of parking. Dishwasher/washer/dryer in each. Management is friendly and accommodating. Maintenance team on site. There is a courtesy officer that lives here. I never feel unsafe walking around at night. Overall I'm very happy living here and recommending it to others.

I'm not one for writing reviews, I've actually never written one. But after living here, I have to. This is my mine and my boyfriends first home together. So we put a lot of thought into picking out the 'perfect' one. Well after going ALL over OKC we stopped randomly at this one hoping for something great because we were just about out of options. Well after seeing we could get a cute TWO bedroom here for the price we could get only a one bedroom anywhere else, not to mention the fireplace, the fact we could paint the walls (as long as they were white again when we left) and the awesome staff we had met so far, we were sold. They got us in very quickly and were very nice through the whole thing. They even didn't make us pay the pet fee right away since we were moving from SC and were low on funds at the time of move in.Well now that we have been here for 5 months I'm incredibly disappointed that we didn't just get a 6 month lease...this place is NOT what we expected. The staff changed as soon as the lease was signed. Before we even left the office after signing the year long lease the manager told us if we wanted to complain about the staff to call him. If we wanted to complain about him we can try calling the owners in New York but basically nothing would be done. Oh ok, thanks for the warm home welcoming? And don't even get me started on the extremely rude blonde woman at the front desk. How she still has a job is beyond me. I don't think I've ever had a conversation without rolling her eyes at me. No thank you ma'am. Take that attitude somewhere else. Then it was little things like, sure it was a bit outdated and the screen was broken on our porch or none of our doors would close properly. The parking lot seemed to always have trash laying around. But now it seems like there is always broken glass out there. And yes animals are welcome..but they are also welcome to use the bathroom anywhere without anyone cleaning it up! When looking at the model apartment there was an old washer and dryer, the manager promised us our apartment would have brand new ones...there wasn't. Well within the first 2 weeks our washer flooded our bathroom TWICE. Yes they replaced it, after three days of waiting. When the maintenance men showed up they asked why it took 3 days for me to call and I said I called when it happen, their reply was "Wow I wonder why they didn't send us sooner. We haven't had anything to do in a few days" ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!Thanks for my newer washer, my dryer is still from the 80s has to be run twice to dry my clothes. My dishwasher doesn't work and hasn't since I moved in. Granted I have not complained on that one. Since there are only two of us it's easy to hand wash--and cheaper on the electric bill-But what has pushed me to write this the fact that they have yet to do anything about our AC being broken.3 weeks ago our air started going out almost every day for a few hours at a time. I would turn it off then on again and it would be fine. They said I was making it freeze. (We never put our air below 70)Well, a week and a half ago our air went out completely early one Friday morning. After calling 3 times that day, around 4p.m. we were finally promised a window unit to hold us over until that Monday. No one every came with the unit. Monday morning I called and told them I was promised a unit that I never got. It was 9 a.m. and our apartment was already 88degrees. I made it clear I wasn't happy. Within 30 mins we had a unit and was able to cool down one room. The maintenance person told me they would've brought it sooner but they forgot to take it out of another apartment after they fixed their air. Cool they get two ACs and I had none. Then they said they would get my air fixed as soon as they could but they weren't going to promise it would be soon because they couldn't find a new AC man because they aren't willing to pay them enough. Employees should not be complaining about management to residents. And to tell them they refuse to pay enough so ours, and all the other peoples whose air is broken probably wouldn't be fixed soon is flat out ridiculous. I've now had my window unit a week and not only has my air still not be fixed, my electric bill I'm sure will be sky high..If there was as way to break my lease without losing hundreds of dollars we would be out next week.

Wow, just wow...My wife and I moved into these apartments in 2013 as our first place together, and honestly that first year wasn't too bad. Really nothing to complain about. So we decided to lease for another year. Big mistake. As soon as we released, the staff and management changed. The newer management upped our rent by $25, without offering any upgrading in the unit. The air conditioning system is probably from the 70's. God knows how many times its broken. That is an EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE item. Still takes them the whole week to get to your unit, while you are sitting in 100 degree weather. The alarm system in our unit doesn't work and never has. Requested that to be fixed thousands of times. The people around here are hood rats! The first week we moved in, there was a guy robbed at GUNPOINT in the freaking parking lot! Two months later some ex-boyfriend or something committed ARSON on one of the units his girl was living in. Really?!?The management likes you to pay your rent online. Fine, due on the 1st. They pull the money out a week later and slap you with a $100 dollar late fee. Does that seem right to you??It looks like there is a mass exodus from these units. Vacancies everywhere. The only other people in our unit live next to us and they have 2 little dogs that bark at everything all night! They smoke in their unit and the smell will travel into our bathroom. Seriously, avoid.

My boyfriend and I moved into a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment last summer in 23' . Like most apartments they just have a show room so you get an idea of the layout. We were told we could move on a certain date but it had gotten pushed back, then the latest time we could move in was 5pm but moved to 6-7pm due to things still needing to be cleaned out in our apartment. We were told recently by a neighbor that the people who lived there before were filthy and left everything behind and trashed. Everything seemed okay when we first moved in, but the cleaners did a poor job. We started noticing a roach infestation a few hours after move in, but after a month or so it went away since pest control came. We had multiple problems through out the year and half living here such as the washer only working at a certain setting and stopping at 12 mins, and a broken dryer filter full of hair and dust from the previous tenant, that they apparently fixed but operates the same way. Leaking shower faucet that ran water and would cause some type of mold from the constant condensation, broken dishwasher that they did not fix for 9 months and is installed crooked inside the cabinet, plus rocks back and forth on top of everything else you have to constantly request for someone to come fix it or they won't come. Also again have noticed a few roaches after new neighbors moved in around me recently, I am fairly clean, take pride in my home, and take plenty of care to keep it as spotless as I can. Another problem is neighbors above me are very loud. I asked kindly if she is okay, told me it was her kids and would quite them down, but failed to do so. Me and my partner both work two jobs and it has been nonstop since her move in 2-3 months ago. The floors/ceilings/walls are thin I get it, but her kids run, jump, and slam counters from the time they get home from school to 10-11 o'clock at night. I genuinely thought a domestic violence situation was happening when she first moved in, and that's why I first asked if she was okay... because of how loud the constant bangs from her children I assume jumping off the couch, my animals were running and hiding and my pictures fell off the wall! It's not too much to sit your kids down with some food and a movie. But after that it got ugly between me and her having to report her multiple times to the office when asking her myself a few times first wasn't working. Maybe if we got put in a different apartment, we would have had a better experience but maintenance was still poor if we ran into issues with the apartment building rather than neighbors.

Giving this apartment complex one star is generous to say at the least.Let's start with the apartments design, rooms directly next to each other for a two bedroom, great idea if you love listening to your roommate 24/7 and no light in the living room at all but thankfully there's lights in the kitchen?Every single thing is outdated in this apartment complex.the toilet, the oven, the washer and dryer, even the outlets either don't work or are extremely loose and have any cord fall out.My ceiling in the kitchen started to leak because of the pipes in this complex being so old and rusted.I was told maintenance would come back and fix the ceiling but of course that didn't happen.I had the toilet fixed when it randomly started constantly making noises only for it to continue after being "fixed".Dryer+washer barely work at all and pieces break months in.The bathroom door couldn't even fully shut after a couple weeks moved in.They don't fix anything until it's broken beyond repair, every appliance needs to be REPLACED.My dumpster closest to me was constantly surrounded by broken glass and trash for about a year along with what appeared to be homeless people digging through the dumpster. Upstairs neighbor would play loud music and have people over being drunk and screaming half the week. My first complaint to the assistant manager Kelley Kennedy, i was told "Everyone's got to live" as if i didn't have a job to wake up to in the morning. Along with my neighbors playing loud music and screaming came liquids being dumped onto my porch from their upstairs porch multiple times and my porch and anywhere near being littered with cigarette butts, beer cans and other trash, along with them attempting to STEAL my bike locked up to my porch, which i told another employee about only to be told to send them a text to "keep record" as if any of those things are okay. The assistant manager Kelley Kennedy also would greet me with a disgusted face and absolute attitude any time i entered the office to talk about issues which were never resolved in the slightest. My span of a year and a half living there had many employees in the office come and go which says a lot. I faced obvious discrimination from this Kelley Kennedy who ignored emails from my sister who was attempted to move in with me which made things very difficult to for my sister to simply LIVE. How can an employee or an assistant manager somehow miss multiple emails?Obviously ignored. These apartments are ghetto and full of thiefs who blast loud music on a speaker and scream and steal things and litter the apartment complex. Rent being raised every year is a joke and should in fact be lowered with how trashy it is here. The small pool they have that is closed most of the time is a joke and i frequently had water turned off in my apartment for "repairs" for hours at a time with no rent lowered for the month for the extreme inconvenience for HOURS without running water as well as random repairs such as replacing windows with an undetermined time frame the ENTIRE WEEK which is extremely inconvenient when you have pets you have to worry about while out at work or anywhere during your life. The biggest slap in the face was as i finished my lease i didn't read a tiny sentence in the lease where you had to give a simple signature confirming my move out date within a time frame which was changed in my new roommates lease agreement meaning we had to pay an extra month of their ridiculously high rent despite confirming my move out date with our previous lease ending. This apartment staff spams your number with useless things but fails to inform you about things important so they can grab extra money and try to fear-monger young and already obviously struggling people for more money when it seems goes to useless repairs or nothing at all because i have not one positive thing to say. The apartments right across the street would be 100x better and i didn't have to sign anything once my lease ended because they didn't hide anything in a massive lease agreement

We are renewing our 3rd lease and have no plans to move anytime soon. I have 3 other family members whom all rent here as well. EVERY place you live will have issues, BUT here they listen to what you need and they get it done. They are not unreasonable at all and work with you on issues. The landscaping is well kept, the pool is always refreshing and we love to have dinner at the picnic tables with the beautiful lights around the top covering. I have never heard loud craziness here in the almost 3 years, residence are nice. Lots of cute fur babies around as well and the manages make sure that the owners clean up after them.

We moved in during the last week in May of this year, immediately felt at home! The AC wasn't working at first but was fixed in just a couple of days, love that there is dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer in each unit (dryer is going out but hopefully it will be fixed sooner than later). While they were cleaning apt. after previous tenants they were nice enough to install ceiling fan for me in what was supposed to be MY bedroom and since I was talked out of MY bedroom by others living with me, maintenance will install different ceiling fan in my NOW bedroom! It is quiet and the staff is friendly!I love it here and plan on staying!

Overall the area is nice and there's access to every highway! But the 2 star rating comes from the way the management and maintenance handle things around here. Firstly, the office staff do not handle emergency maintenance issues as an emergency. My outlets have been out for over 2 months and I have called multiple times but nothing ever makes them come any faster. Secondly, I've had multiple emergency water issues. Stuff just isn't taken care of when it should be taken care of. Currently still waiting on things to be fixed. We'll see how long this takes.Oh yeah, one more thing. On the day I moved in, I was approached by a male who lives in the apartments. He had a gun in his hands and as he cocked the gun he looked at me and said, "Welcome to the hood!" Now how's that for a warm welcoming!
