Dutch Bros Coffee

I visited this location for the first time. The drive thru sign said to "choose the shortest line" so I did. When I pulled up closer, the drive thru worker JOE completely ignored me and only took the orders for the cars in the longer line. He didn't instruct me to wait, or say anything to me that indicated I was in the wrong line... even though there weren't any signs saying to only stay in one lane. He even told the car behind me that he wasn't going to take my order & he continued to take everyone's order besides mine. Customer service was very disappointing especially since I was excited to try the drinks. I will not be recommending this location.

Visited Dutch bros 2xs during our visit to OKC. I asked the cashier what's their most popular drink. She recommended the Golden Eagle. It was really good. Similar to a caramel macchiato. The second time I went, it was blended. I didn't like it so much. Service was great at this location

Oof, my Carmelizer coffee tasted great but was it really worth the twenty-five minute wait in the drive-thru?

I LOVE this place! The only downside is that they are busy bexause they are so good. The employees are always so sweet! I love the cocomo and the carmelizer. They are definitely less sweet than drinks at the competitors which I enjoy.

I wanted coffee today and since I have never tried Dutch brown I decided today was a good day. I went through the drive thru and I was surprised to see someone standing outside taking orders. I really do hope that he had on sun block. There were 4 vehicles in front of me and it went pretty fast. I ordered my drinks at 238 and I had them at 244 and that is after I spent some time talking to the nice young lady at the window. Everyone that I came into contact with was very nice and professional. I ordered a caramelizer and a peach black tea. The tea had just enough sweetness to it and the coffee was delicious. I had a great experience and would most certainly be returning in the future.

I love Dutch Bros. First time I tried it was at this location. The drinks are legit. Lots of flavors and cups are sturdy. Only bad thing is sometimes the lines are super long. I think I waited about 45 min til I got to the front to get my drink. They do have two drive thrus here but usually one person is taking drink orders for both lines. The ones taking orders are always super sweet.My fav drinks are the iced coffees. The hazelnut mocha is so yum. It's seasonal but they will make it if you ask. Drinks have been pretty consistent so I can't complain. I hope they open more up north so it's not far as a drive for me. This location is in a very busy area so beware of traffic.

The Golden Eagle y'all!! Like mic drop! I was desperate for caffeine & my husband had heard good things about Dutch Bros. At the time, we didn't have one in West Texas - it's now open! He took a gamble and ordered the Iced Golden Eagle, I stayed conservative and ordered a Iced Vanilla Latte. Mine was nothing super special, it was good but not mind blowing. However, I took over my hubby's drink after the first sip. It was so much better than I expected. The service was excellent as well! They set up along the driveway (much like Chick-Fil-A), there were only two cars ahead of us, but we had ordered roughly two minutes after we pulled in. The lady at the window greeted us with a smile & had our drinks ready to go. The whole transaction took roughly 6 minutes! We can't wait to try our new local DBs!

2 part post.1. I love this location. Everyone is so friendly and quick. My drink is always exactly what I want. 2. Ok people. It's not hard. Choose. The. Shortest. Lane. People get angry because you choose the shorter line and move in front of them. Read the sign! Choose. The. Shortest. Lane. If someone moves in front of you, why is it their fault that you won't read the sign?

Always fast service, super friendly employees and the Sugar Free Golden Eagle is delightful!!

Singed up for the app and got a free medium (more like large) drink. Got salted caramel protein latte and it was amazing!!
