Went earlier in the week in the morning, around 6:40 am. The line moved really slow. Person who took my order was really nice. I got a free sticker which was cool, I don't know how often they do that though. I was excited to try their special cereal drink but sad that they don't have a non diary soft top.

First off let me say I'm a Dutch Bros fan. I wouldn't even move to a city that doesn't have a DB. That said I post this review with a sad heart as this DB really struggles to meet the corporate standard of service, particularly in speedy service. They frequently fail to demonstrate adequate staffing and as a result wait times can hit 30+ minutes. Wow!I reached out to them through their website once and never heard back so I'm guessing it's a management issue at this particular store as it doesn't seem to be common at the other Dutch Bros I have visited from Oklahoma to Oregon to Utah, Idaho, and all parts in between. Positives are that they do follow the corporate recipes and so their drinks are delicious and for some reason Dutch Bros is the only major coffee chain that figured out how to do sugar-free syrups, which makes it pretty much the only place I'll go. This is a drive up coffee stand so while there is some indoor seating, relatively primitive and not designed for anything long-term.UPDATE: so in the time I waited for my drink I was able to write this entire review and then they made it wrong. :-(

The best iced coffee ever! They have good iced protein lattes. My favorite is the iced mocha truffle hazelnut with an extra shot of espresso. The baristas are always so friendly and chatty. The drive through times around peak time is usually around 10-15 minutes in drive through, but the baristas are quick to get out there and take your order and have it ready for you by the time you get to the window.

The coffee was everything I've heard it to be hyped up to be! I was disappointed of the lack of food options that made us go to another place that morning. But it was still amazing!

Today is the 3rd time I have had to leave the drive thru because it simply doesn't move. After almost 45 min in line, I leave empty handed. I even went to the walk up window and stood there close to 5 min and no one ever even acknowledged me. Very disappointing because there are no other locations and I love their protein coffee

This place is overrated. Don't know why their morning lines are so long. APPARENTLY they think it's okay to let the quality of their drinks slide even when it's not busy like tonight around 9:10 when I showed up. Realized my drinks were luke warm. Not hot. It shouldn't matter if you just opened or are about to close, the quality of your coffee shouldn't change. Another thing. This place is asking patrons for tips for just pressing buttons on a tablet and handing out drinks. They don't go above or beyond their jobs or wait on customers. I only tip my waitresses sorry. Also Dutch Bros employees are supposed to talk to their patrons while they wait but that doesn't happen here and that a part of their brand. BRO.

I hate to give such a low review but I was just not impressed by the hype of this place at all. It's new which is what gets people excited, but it's basically just drive thru coffee. I think you can go inside but it's small and there is very limited parking. The staff was nice enough but it was not worth the price for what I got. It's basically Starbucks style coffee and what I mean by that is there is not much coffee in your drink - it's more like flavored milk. I asked for a 16 oz oat milk latte (which is a medium size in almost all coffee shops/cafes) and was told that's their small size. I asked how many shots I get and it's only two. That's not enough for a coffee that size so I had to order an extra shot, then the girl taking my order suggested I try their signature drink which is basically vanilla and caramel syrup added. It's was so sickeningly sweet. Bottom line for me is the drive thru is so busy they start out with three lines for ordering which all have to yield into one lane to get the drink and get the hell out. Everyone is fighting over who gets to yield and an accident is going to happen there soon. It took me over 30 minutes and by the time I reached the window the attendant had to ask who I was and what I ordered and she sat there with multiple drinks. This is a terrible system.

Usually the people are very friendly. This morning was a bit different, the girl who was working the outside part at 10:40am was genuinely one of the rudest people Ive ever met. She didn't say hi or hello she just stood there and stared at me, and then when I was ordering she looked at me like i was speaking a whole new language. my card did not go through, I had fraud and didn't know it, and she told me my card declined and then through away my drink and just stood there. Literally what a b****! hate her for real.

This isn't even a review over the drinks, I've only been through here maybe 2 or 3 times total. But, as I was driving to my job at around 12:45 ish (I work at a coffee shop as well), I saw the girl at the window with the biggest smile on her face handing out the drinks to the customers in the drive thru. She had should length brownish red hair from what I could tell, and was wearing a bandana, and I think she is deserving of recognition for her attitude and radiant smile! So many people overlook us baristas and don't treat us with all that great of respect, so go her!
