Across the street from Starbucks and they are taking all the business. Starbucks is slow and this place is popping ( so busy)! I find the customer service here is great! I really enjoy coffee and this place makes me happy... plus I have gift cards from here so even better!!!

Such great staff and environment my drinks are always made right and although it can be a little slow i understand each drink is made one at a time and it takes time to make their drinks perfect every time. 10/10 recomend

This location can be a bit slow. And I'm growing in frustration at never getting a receipt even when I ask initially, they are moving and never seem to remember and I seem to get distracted too.

I would give zero stars if I could. We pull up to the window and he doesn't greet us, we tell him the order for one drink then he tells us the total. Dosent ask us if we have more to order at all. We tell him are second order with was a candy cane freeze. He doesn't read back the order so we had no idea what he put in. Then he couldn't get the payment to work so he went and got someone else to help, that person comes up and starts talking about how smart they are to themselves about how they were able to fix the payment. Then It takes them a full 3 minutes to even take are card. We get are drinks back and instead of getting a Candy cane freeze we got some random frozen drink but they didn't tell us what they were when handing them out so I didn't know what the drink was but it wasn't the candy cane freeze because it dosent have the toppings or taste like it. My friend got the golden eagle freeze and it tasted like there was no flavor ( we have gotten this drink many time from other dutch bros) I am very disappointed with this stand because I have never experienced this kind of issues with other dutch bros. The other dutch bros have always had good customer service but here they didn't even smile at us, all bad attitudes.
