Alright prices and selection.Last couple times here I was really bent about one of the window signs. It's misleading in that it references government CDC recommendations that are not current. Read the CDC (cdc.gov). Fully vaccinated people should mask indoors too. Bummer for everyone, I know, boo. No one loves the plague, but get it straight and if you're going to have a sign, make it honest. The sign is not accurate at all. It's outdated misinformation at best. Whatever, good headshop, cool. Fix your sign guys. I come in enough to have seen it a few times. Doesn't make me want to come in much more just on strong simple principle.

I needed both some incense and a cheap tempered glass pipe for stocking stuffers last Christmas.In and out in under three minutes.Perfect.

I bought the wrong tobacco. The store refused to exchange it. Now I'm stuck with over $50 in product.Was not aware of the no refund, no exchange policy. I do not recall seeing a sign for it anywhere.I was a loyal customer. I drove to the south side one from Norman. Will find another place now.

Most everytime I have been I felt extremely welcomed!Prices:It really just depends on what you are looking for. They have a huge variety of tobacco, accessories, and other cool little trinkets. On Sundays they are discounted about 15% (could be a little off)Staff/Customer Service:Great staff on the glass side and on the tobacco side! Very knowledgeable! Most everytime I feel welcomed and taken care of. There is one girl in there that was extremely brash towards me... thank goodness my wife and I had already checked out, but she rudely informed us when Crys asked a question and used the word "flavor" instead of "scent" we had to get out and she could not help us anymore. It was an honest mistake- that frankly could have been easily just corrected kindly. Otherwise, everyone else has been great!I definitely recommend giving this place a chance! They do a have a weekly cigar meeting if that is your thing!

Great selection of cigars and they are kept well humidified and cooled. They have dog walkers to high rollers, sample packs, and gift packs. I go to just about every place in OKC and this is a stop because they have sales from month to month. Keep doing what you do Drew's.

Surprised by this little shop. Walk in and on the left side is your stereotypical head shop with all the glass pipes, bongs, goofy vapor gizmos, etc. The right side is where it's kinda interesting. They actually have a decent tobacco pipe collection, pipe tobacco, and a cigar room with some great choices. There's even a little coffee shop in the back with tables set up for you do drink a coffee and smoke a cigar while there. Here's the problem with the place, the head shop. I know that's probably where they make their money, but seriously, it feels crazy to walk into a place selling paraphenalia like this to pick up a fancy cigar. Now, I'll do it, since the other option is to drive to the north side of OKC, but I'd never bring a friend with me to this place.

I happy with the selection of cigars they have. For the liga privada smokers out there they carry# 9 and from time to time they have the dirty rats and flying pigs. As far as the head shop I'm not into any of that but it does provide a more diverse group of people. I find it nice to be able to buy a awesome smoke and not have to deal with cigar snobs. They do carry a many brands like Oliva ,JFR, Drew estate,Gurka, and general cigar brands. The staff is knowledgeable and nice. On a lighter note my wife loves comming in the store cause she feels like she is being bad. (because of the glass they sell) one day she may get the guts to walk over to the other side

I gave 2 stars because they do have a large selection. Every time I go in this store, I'm greeted with blank stares. I do not know a lot about what's available there so I rely on the staff to help me. It's like an act of Congress to see different merchandise. There was a girl that works there that was particularly rude. She gave me looks as if to say, "Hurry up." Sometimes the staff also makes me feel stupid because I don't know exactly what I want when I walk in. It's so uncomfortable I haven't been back for months. This shop could make the shopping experience more enjoyable and I'm always open to learning about the products.

Came to this place and needed an adapter for my nail to my bong, they didn't even know what I was talking about......

I am very happy with the knowledge and prompt customer service. You Rock Drew's Tobacco World!! The staff are pleasant and they literally had everything I was looking for. Before stopping at Drew's I had gone to the Trifecta near 23rd on Penn and even Ziggy's, neither of them had an oil burner or the right kind of flower pipe I was frantically hunting. I was able to get in and out in less than 5 minutes at Drew's. Thank you guys! I will definitely be making my monthly purchases at Drew's Tobacco World
