We have been renting our house from Draper Realty for almost two years now and love it. Susan was super nice and helpful when we were looking for a house originally and helped us find the perfect one. If anything with the rental is wrong it is super easy to put in a claim and they always get it fixed in a timely manner. I would highly suggest renting from them, no complains.

Great, great company with a great owner! Numerous business dealings with them and all have been positive.

It is difficult to know who to trust when you rent, it always feels like a gamble. Draper is always on top of things. Twice a year they come out to inspect the home for needed repairs and to change air filters. Susan will only tolerate proper fixes (no "lipstick" fixes) and I know if there is an issue it will be resolved quickly. If I were a rent house owner I would trust this team to manage my property. When I buy a house I already know Susan Draper will be my agent. She is smart, hardworking, and reliable! Thumbs up from me!

Will not maintain property. Lies about the lease and the property itself. Didn't even have water of extended periods of time repeatedly. Trying to overcharge me for routine maintenance and actually wants ME to perform the maintenance AND repairs. Having a horrible attitude and so disrespectful in exchanges...RUN.

We have rented our home with Draper Realty for eight years. They are outstanding to work with. They respond quickly to maintenance requests, but more importantly, they treat us like real humans and not just tenants. Our air conditioner went out two days after I brought my newborn home from the hospital. They bent over backwards to get someone over to our house as soon as possible because they knew I was home with a newborn all day. They are far and away the best landlords I've ever had, and when we decide to buy a home, we'll definitely work with them on that as well. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
