The Cold handle in my shower was leaking and could continuously spin, called the people and had it fixed quick.Is prolly a minor fix but did it quick replaced it with a good new one and been fine ever since.

We were having intermittent power issues at the house and arcing in the breaker box. Drebek & Hill was able to send out Brandon a great technician first thing on Monday morning to get the issue resolved quickly and professionally.

Very disappointed. Told them when I called what was wrong. Tech showed up and was to lazy to work on the problem. Still charged me the $149.00 service call. Call to complain and the lady blew me off. Fixed the problem my self in thirty minutes with $4.00 in parts from Lowe's.

I've had a few big electrical and plumbing jobs done in the past 2 years. Nothing but professional and competent workers! Thank you so much. I highly recommend.

Using Drabek & Hill each time has always been a wonderful experience. I am truly thankful I called for their services. They're very professional at what they do and always dependable. Technicians Justin & Mike have both worked at my house recently servicing my furnace and doing plumbing repairs. They were very diligent, explained everything thoroughly, and cleaned up after themselves. The end result exceeded my expectations. Their office staff was extremely friendly, scheduled promptly, and followed up after the work was completed to make sure I was satisfied. I am a therapist who had a disabled client who used these people for a quote. She was told she needed a new motor or a new unit. 1900 dollars. She cannot afford this so I spent hours and hours seeking help. Found an individual who donated his time and found that all she needed was a low cost condenser. He paid out of pocket and donated his time. The sad thing is, this company LIED to her. TOOK her 180 for diagnose and LEFT a disabled women in a home that could not be cooled down. She could have died of heat stroke and if these people are trained and did their jobs, it was a simple and fairly cheap repair and her ac now works no thanks to them. This is horrible! They probably would have changed the cheaper part and pocketed all her money (which she didn't have which is why she was close to heat stroke by the time I found help from and HONEST and KIND and GENEROUS person). You should be ASHAMED! According to the better business bureau this is not the first person they have done this to and I plan to contact in your corner and anyone else who will listenUpdate: 7/16/24-this company does not want to return her money and has demanded to see her WORKING UNIT REPAIRED BY SOMEONE ELSE WITH THE CORRECT DIAGNOSIS AND PART unit and inspect it and demanded that I (not even her) take down this review before considering giving money back. I will not take this down under threat and I posted to protect others.

We've been Drabeck & Hills for years . Always kind and courteous they come whenever possible. With technicians like Greg M. they keep our AC in top form . I highly recommend this business. Very Professional!

No response to my inquiry. Left a second message and still nothing. I would hate to hire them and this is how they would treat me after I have already paid.

Called for plumbing issues. Was able to get a technician to my house within a couple hours and he had the problem completely fixed within an hour and a half. Ronnie was professional, and explained everything clearly. Very happy with the experience.

They reach out and informed me they could assist me with my project, but I had already committed ti another company for this project
