Easy pull-off from the highway exit 82 for gas at the Shell and a nice brisket sandwich. The locals like it and that's good enough for me. Can't go wrong with a sandwich, cole slaw, and a freezee Dr Pepper. Really nice people behind the counter too.

This place has gone way downhill; used to be pretty good. Prices continue to be ridiculous for the portion sizes, has actually gotten worse. They just keep reducing the amount and quality of food while increasing the prices. Not much to say about service as you order at the register in a gas station. If cold, subpar, insanely greasy food is your thing, this spot is for you.

Double 6 Diner 7/2022. Very surprising. You would never guess given the surrounding area, fuel station etc.. We had the brisket and ribs. My brisket was very good and tender. Wife said her ribs were not falling off the bone but were very good. Large portions, and cheap for good ribs and brisket, $22 for both. Order at the counter and they call your number when ready.

Wife and I decided to take a road trip on a lazy Sunday. We got on I-40 and headed west from Yukon. On our way to nowhere in particular, she says to find a place to eat in Weatherford. I'm from a really small town out west, so Weatherford was well known to me as my three kids were all born there. Granted, my youngest is now 21, so it's been a minute since I've been there. I turned to Yelp, per usual, to help me find a place. Y'all. This place is INSIDE A GAS STATION. I didn't know that. What I DID know was Yelpers were saying this place was great. After a tiny bit of coaxing to my wife, we agreed to give this place a shot. And WOW, are we glad we did!!!First thing, when we entered, we were greeted by several voices calling out variations of "welcome". We walked to the register, peered up at the menu, and placed our orders. We both got the sliced brisket sandwich basket and drinks. They took our money, circled our order number while telling us they would call it out, and sent us toward the utensils and fountain drink machine. They have flavorings at the drink machine!! I typically only drink water all day errday, but I saw cherry flavoring and lemonade?! Yasss!!!The place was pretty noisy. To be fair, we were there on a Sunday afternoon, around 1pm. About 80% of the tables were filled. I'm definitely not faulting them for that! It was busy and it is a gas station, so there were people constantly in and out.It didn't take too long for our food, probably 15 minutes. I didn't expect much, even after reading all the reviews, so I literally said, "What?!", when we got our food. I was too excited, that I immediately grabbed a few of the hand-cut fries and stuffed them in my face hole. W.O.W. They were perfection. [I squirted ketchup all over them, (because I'm a savage), before I got a pic, so sorry about that!]The brisket was the most tender meat I've ever eaten. Seriously. The buns had those crispy grill marks on them, which only made the sandwich that much better in my opinion. There was so much flavor in the meat that it didn't need sauce, but I'm a sauce kinda gal, so I had to.Let me say this again: the brisket did NOT need sauce.I typically only review on Yelp, but I was so impressed with this place, that I left reviews on Facebook and on my Instagram! If you find yourself in Weatherford, check this place out! We are planning to make the drive just to eat here again. That's how much we both loved this food!

4* for the pulled pork. Tried this place once while in town for work. Had no idea it was inside a convenience store when I placed my order to go via phone. Pulled pork sandwich was very good, bbq sauce was so so, fries were ok & to be fair since I had mine to go it was in a foam container & that always makes fries on the soft side from the steam trapped inside, so didn't get to eat the fries fresh & crispy which they looked like they would've been had I ate there. They have a complimentary spread of onion, pickles, etc you can grab as well. The atmosphere being inside the Domino C-store isn't desirable to sit down & eat there IMO. Young guy working there was very polite! If you're hungry for pulled pork or brisket & don't want to spend a lot or as much as most BBQ joints charge, this place should work for you, recommend getting it to go.

Don't go for breakfast. It's heater warmed truck stop food. Maybe later us better. Person behind counter was less than thrilled to answer questions for those who had never been there before

I give it 2 because the service and food definitely wasn't as I read on reviews hence my interest to try. Ordered the 1 meat combo with brisket. The meat def was an institutional meat, not even close to fresh cut. Wasn't horrible, just wasn't great! Had fried okra and beans for sides. The beans were cold and kindaof good. Okra was from a box, and very minimal offering. I guess it's not bad for a quik / gas stop. Won't be going out of my way to stop there for BBQ but maybe the burgers are good.???

I was not particularly impressed but I'm accustomed to Texas BBQ which is apparently much different than Oklahoma BBQ. The meat was moist and tender enough but, with the exception of the sausage, somewhat bland.Filling & satisfying but not a great dining experience. Also, there's something vaguely disturbing about a restaurant in a gas station.

It's greasy, messy, and downright delicious. My first bite into the burger and grease shot down my arm and dribbled on the table. I knew then my taste buds were in for a treat; and my sanitation standards were in serious jeopardy. It was a classic Oklahoma onion burger. The French fries were homemade, greasy, messy morsels of spud mastery! This is a great representation of an a true Oklahoma onion burger! Check this place out it's great! It's a gas station / bbq diner. It's great little gem in western Oklahoma.

Never ate in a gas station before. Double 6 Diner is fine for a quick pit stop - food wise. Hosts were kind and efficient. They definitely get a different customer flow. The decor is cute and the place is clean, including the restrooms. Kudos to staff! I had the chopped brisket - big portion. My husband had the pulled pork - big portion too, but it seemed like it was pulled a few days ago. Real dry. Asked for cheese fries - that's what I got. Two slices of American on top of the fries. No real complaints. Just not 5*.
