Discount Wheel & Tire

Helped me with a bad tire as I was passing through. Experience was GREAT. I probably won't drive from Iowa to southern Oklahoma just for tire service, but it is tempting! I pulled in and was back on the road in about 30 min, at great rates and great service.

Exceptional service, communication and resolve on a walk-in. Within 5 minutes they identified the problem and relayed that information to me. Gentleman walking in behind me was worried about his tire pressure; no faults, topped off and out in about 3 minutes.

I had borrowed a friend's car, and I was concerned about the tires. I went into Discount Wheel & Tire and asked them to check everything out. They did everything quickly and professionally, and they treated me with respect (which other shops in town could learn from, especially when talking with their female customers). I would happily go there again.

Let me first say I have dealt with Discount Wheel & Tire more than one occasion so it is not a fluke when I am provided with friendly professional service. Work is done well and done fast as you would expect from a good business. I would like to point out the information here on Yelp is INCORRECT! They do not provide all the services listed. If you are looking for anything other than wheels and rims you will need to find someplace else. Not their fault they chose a part of the industry, perfected it and give great service doing it!

I want to share my overwhelming and raving review of Discount Wheel & Tire and more specifically Don the owner!I had the unfortunate late night cold night driving and got a two tire blow out when hitting a rod in the road when traveling from Tulsa, OK to Rockwall, TX (that's a four hour drive). I had my vehicle towed to Discount Wheel & Tire where a true gentleman made sure to acquire non-typical tires and had me back on the road the same day!What a class act in a small town! Will not ever use this place the guy at the front desk is a rude asshole and thinks he knows everything he will not give time to ask a question before he is giving answers that has nothing to do with your needs

the worker at the front desk is so so bad and rude ~My trailer needed to be replaced with a new tire, and I saw that the staff pushed the trailer to the wrong place when jake was used to change the tire, which caused damage to my trailer. When I saw that the staff at the reception desk stopped me from going out and asked me to stay in the Office. Finally, they told me that the car was like this when I came in, and such people were very bad God will punish him in another way

Came into day and was asking qustions and the worker at the desk was so very rude said I was dumb for being young DO NOT COME HERE HE WILL CHEAT YOU SO MUCH!!!

I'm not even from around here and I recommend this place. Everyone's ready nice and we weren't there for long (I think it was less then 10 minutes for a tire plug but it went by fast).

An excellent example of a small town Buisness. From the time you walk in you are given immediate attention. The service he and his employees is always honest professional and completed within a timely manner. I have been going to Don's Discount tires now for the last 14 years. I am old military so I make great use of the free tire rotation service every time I get an oil change. I now own three vehicle and all my tires come from Don. I have also made use of flat tire service which is great when the kids started driving. You can't go wrong with Mcalester discount tires. Thank you Don.
