Discount Muffler

I bought all the necessary components for a full exhaust system and had it installed in 4 hours. All the aftermarket components were not totally compatible but he got it all together and it runs and drives fine and quietly.

An excellent Muffler shop. They do one thing and one thing well, they do mufflers. Very fast and a very fair price with a one year guarantee on there work. I brought my car in due to an exhaust leak. Jesse said let's put it up on the rack and see what is wrong. Both exhaust pipes were cracked at the weld sites. In front and back of the muffler. Fixed it in an hour. (I did not have to replace the exhaust system as other would have me do). I would highly recommend for good old fashion service

Jesse, whom I believe is the manager is the most (EXTREMELY) condescending, unsympathetic rude prick I've ever met in my life!! He treats people like crap, acting as if they're far less superior than himself, actually, treating me as if I know NOTHING while I'm a mechanic by trade. He charges WAY too much money for the simplest things. $180 for two small welds and 4 bolts. They do not have ANY extra exhaust parts (piping, clamps etc. and don't want to do extra work, such as bending pipe to do the work correctly. I went to muffler king, they charged me $100 for the same work and even more! New x-pipe, flanging new pipe to make sure the job was done correctly, which Jesse at discount muffler didn't want to do, he just wanted to cut corners and do the job the wrong way! Now when I say he's condescending, I mean BAD! I am absolutely appalled by this man Jesse!!! If you want to pay far more than what it should be, treated like an idiot and have the work done incorrectly, go to discount muffler! If you want it done right, go to muffler king! I highly recommend them.

Jesse was very friendly and patient helping me with my decision about replacing the muffler on my BMW Z3. Work was done quickly and at a very reasonable price. His recommendation about how to proceed paid off. The car looks and sounds great and gives my Z3 a whole new personality.

Jesse is awesome! We had our catalytic converter stolen over night during a road trip. Jesse was working alone in the shop, but made us a priority when he found out we were trying to get home. Very knowledgeable, upbeat, and efficient.

Exceptional service, extraordinary customer service! Always knowledgeable and professional!! Have brought a car in previously for a catalytic converter replacement and yesterday brought in an old metal planter stand to have some areas re-welded. Yet again, couldn't be more pleased.
