Diamond Dog Pet Salon & Spa

After my experience today with Adriana, the salon manager I will NOT be returning!! I was shocked with how rude & unprofessional Adriana spoke to me today. I understand they must have had a stressful day with plumbing issues, but as a small business owner myself, there is never an excuse to speak so rudely to any customer. I did absolutely nothing wrong. Not to mention her unprofessionalism eating some kind of leftover food in a bowl while talking to customers. It was quite Gross, as she would sit her bowl of food down on tables covered in hair where dogs were actually being groomed. The entire experience put a bad taste in my mouth & I will never return. After I got home I missed a call from them & Adriana left a voicemail to apologize. I don't need an apology, I need a professional groomer. If this is her behavior to a customer, I don't want to imagine the behavior towards our sweet pups.

Diamond Dog is hands down the BEST pet salon and spa my dogs have ever gone to. We have been searching for years to find a place where we feel like our fur babies are truly being taken care of. Their attention to details, kindness in handling the pets and overall attitude was beyond 5 stars. From the time I walked into the door I was greeted by their wonderful client manager who promptly introduced me to each one of the groomers who would be handling my pups. Each groomer took the time to get to know my pups personality traits and how they could make them feel the most taken care of. They asked me several questions to understand exactly what grooming details I wanted done. For the first time I felt like my pups weren't just another number in line to get a one size fits all haircut and bath. When I went to pick the pups up , I could tell as they came around the corner beaming with excitement and smiling ear to ear - their experience was as good as mine had been as a customer. Diamond Dog has a service model that I wish all businesses would incorporate. Thank you for caring and thank you for creating an experience that my pups actually ENJOY. First time taking my floof here and our experience was fantastic! All of the ladies are very friendly and actually ask questions about your pet rather than making you feel like just another number or customer. My girl is still a puppy so she was a little squirrely for them but they handled her well from what I saw when I picked her up. I can not remember the name of the gal that did Mavis's cut today but I saw them all working on pooches and all seem to do a wonderful job. And my pup came home happy, sassy and sleepy. Perfect!

I had heard about this dog salon from some other doodle owners. I had tried multiple groomers before and they would all shave him down each time. Currently Hazel grooms this boy. She does an amazing job! They are a very busy salon, so it is best to work with them on a standing appointment based on what your dog needs. Currently, we pull up and call the number on the sign. They then come out to get your dog. Inside is closed due to Covid. When they are finishing up your groom, they will call you so you can head that way. Again, call when you arrive and they bring out your dog. You can pay over the phone. They always listen to what you want. They call for clarification if they have any questions. I would recommend Diamond Dog!

Took our yorkie in to see Dora. She was super sweet and seemed like she would care for our dog. The place seemed to be pretty clean and all the girlies that worked there were friendly as well. They do not have a service menu online, but I believe the standard service is $42 and from there they have a la carte options you can add. We opted for the "Diamond Spa" package. Hypo allergenic shampoo, teeth brushing, gourmet treat, along with some other items. Overall I'm very pleased with the service and how our pup looks. We will definitely return.

Everything! The ladies are caring and my pet gets loving from everyone The groomers love our Maltese as much as we do.

These people genuinely care for your pets and you can tell they love their job!! I'm so relieved to have found my permanent groomer! The workers get so excited to see my girl Lucia and she leaves feeling pretty and energized. 10/10 recommend. And they do a great job with Bernadoodles!

Reached out to get a quote on services and understand the process. I have not received a return call yet. Disappointed so far in the customer service as a first time visitor. I will edit and update once I'm able to experience their service.

Hazel has done Louie's hair for over a year and a half now. She always does such a good job, taking her time with him. They are very busy every time you go in to drop off and I appreciate her still giving him a quality haircut. Staff have always been friendly and love on him every chance they get. No better place to get a good doodle cut! louie gets compliments every time we take him anywhere. The daycare is convenient. My husband and I work 12 hour shifts and sometimes pick up is later than planned. We just tell them to put him in daycare and they take very good care of him. Reasonably priced as well!

Took my malshi here today for the first time. I was VERY impressed. I've taken my dog to numerous groomers and his hair has never really looked after he's groomed, but I loved it after today! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm very pleased and will be back.
