Diamond Dee-lite Jewelry

After reading reviews I took my wife's wedding ring in to be repaired after a stone got knocked out. Reviews all bragged them up and they were not wrong. Extremely friendly people who do great work and faster than any where else. They do the repair there and don't mail it off. My wife and I are both extremely happy and highly recommend.

took my engagement ring and my finances ring to be resized and had a couple diamonds replaced. was given a week estimate and its now been two months and they still are not ready. No talk of discounted price or apologies at all. Do not recommend.

Quality work on replacing prongs and repairing a 45 year old weeding set! Recommended soldering the bands together for durability. The ring came back looking better than ever. I have purchased jewelry here for several years and have never regretted it. You really can't go wrong, as they are very friendly and genuinely want to help you make the best selection. I need to go more often as window shopping is also allowed!

My family has been coming here for years. We have never had a problem and have always been helped with a smiling face and a positive attitude.

I put 10% down on a gold necklace priced @ 195 + tax and then found the exact necklace elsewhere 2 days later for 109 tax included. I called and informed them of my find and they respectfully said it's a 10% fee to restock the necklace. Didn't offer to come down on the price much less price match. I guess I'm just a bit offended that their cost is nearly double for the same necklace. Poor customer service, will not return.

I've never had such a terrible experience anywhere. I wanted to have a ring custom made for my fiancé so we took some old rings to use the gold and diamonds off them. The whole time we were at the store we were treated like children who didn't know what we were talking about or what we wanted even though we did. Everything my fiancé wanted design wise they said they couldn't do it so she settled for simple that she wasn't even sure she would like. She had pictures they declined to look at at all in favor of pre done molds. And they wouldn't even look at a diamond we had that we wanted to trade for a different shape saying it was "worthless" despite not even picking it up or checking it's real or anything (the diamond was appraised elsewhere at $4,000). We were quoted a week to make the ring. We call back at a week to see if it's done. They say they haven't started and that they advise 3-4 weeks to custom make a ring. I double check the quoted finish date on the receipt they gave and it has 1 week listed on it but we were going to be ok waiting a little while longer so we go back to waiting. I call back at the 4 week mark and of course they say they haven't even started. They asked "how much of a rush was this? We just haven't gotten around to it yet" I voiced my frustrations to them and they say they'll start rushing it. We also realized after business hours that the receipt said the side diamonds were going to be channel set when we asked repeatedly for NOT channel set. I left a message with it being after hours of what was wrong and for then to call me back. I wait 5 days and have no call back. Then I call back to ask if they have an estimated time it will be done and if they got my message about the channel set and of course they say they haven't started it. At this point we're done and we tell them we'd like to come pick up our materials to go elsewhere. The person that answered the phone gives an indifferent "ok". Then a few minutes later I get a call from diamond dee lite and they ask if I wanted to come pick up a mold of the ring or our materials. I tell them we just want to pick up our materials and will be over to get them in a couple hours. The person on the phone tried to convince me not to telling me a slew of excuses and even tried lying to me about the date they quoted it would be finished saying they now advise 4-6 weeks to make a ring (the 2nd time they changed it) even though I was looking at the receipt and it quoted almost 4 weeks ago. Then he finally gives up with the excuses telling me "I guess you can go somewhere else if you really want. We haven't even melted your rings down yet so they're still intact for you". Then, we go to pick up UNTOUCHED rings just under 5 WEEKS LATER. We had told them what time we would be there and when we get to the door it's locked, and another customer is already there just knocking and waiting. We wait for a minute and then I decide to call. They answer and I let them know their door is locked and they finally come to the door to open it (not sure how your door is still locked about 6 hours after you open without anybody noticing). We go in to get our stuff back and just get told "sorry about that" and handed the intact rings and we leave. I would never tell anyone to go here unless they enjoy being treated like children and having weeks of their time wasted for no reason.(We went to Huntington right after and had a wonderful experience and she's going to get exactly the ring she wanted. Just walked in with a picture of exactly it and the owner there said he could make the exact picture. I say go there instead)

This place was really nice it is owned by an elderly couple and their son who make you feel right at home when you come in. I have been in a couple times first time was for a watch battery, which they switched out and when I asked for a price they told me it was free! Also, while they were switching out my battery they cleaned all my rings for free, so MAJOR plus there. Second time was just to consult I had inherited some jewelry and didn't know what I wanted to do with it ( I'm still not sure) but they talked to me about all my options and what they could do. Very nice people who inform but, don't make you feel like you don't know anything.

Great place! The Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond when I tried to buy a matching anniversary ring for my wife's wedding/engagement ring; they called several venders to make sure it was in on time, and went through the appraisal paperwork to ensure it matched correctly. I highly recommend them!

I had a ring that I did not like the setting. I had the stone removed for a GIA and after back and forth in my mind if I wanted to sell the stone or not. I decided to have it recast and reset. In all this time which was over a couple months or more, Mike was so understanding and when I finally decided to recast and reset the stone it was the best decision I made, Mike you did a beautiful job! We went to another competitor and they wanted to charge us 10 times what Diamond Dee Lite charged to fix a family heirloom. They did such a wonderful job on fixing it and they're going to make one little girl very happy for Christmas. Thank you so much Diamond Dee Lite!!!!
