Depot Museum

We stopped here on a Hotrod 100 cruise but I am not sure why.... The building is historic, which I usually love. I guess it is disappointing because there just isn't much to see. Stop here on your way somewhere else but I don't recommend a special trip just for this site. It has been beautifully maintained and there is a nice picnic area outside so that is a plus.

This place is so cool and I want it to stay there for as long as possible some of my favorite people work there like Mrs. Vandever ....

The Bristow Depot Museum is a wonderful treasure filled with memories of the area. Stepping into that old lobby felt like I was in a train depot from the 1920's. A train roared by as we stood there and the building literally shook. The volunteers were knowledgeable and made the visit very enjoyable. Another family who had children spent time climbing on the caboose and enjoying the outside area. Well maintained and worth a visit!
