The owners and employees at Dent Source are the most reliable, honorable and dependable automobile experts I have ever dealt with. They go above and beyond to make your automobile be its best ever. Besides being experts they also love animals and that is the icing on the cake.Jo ZarnochDenver NC

Applied for a job here, went in for an in person interview with Collin and Carly and was told they both wanted to move forward with the hiring process and told me that thursday that all I was waiting on was approval from the owner to be hired for 35$ an hour.I was told I would hear back no later then the following monday by Carly from Carly herself, so i had to tell another company that wanted to hire me immediately i could not start that following monday because i had found another place(dentsource) that was going to hire me and that i thought it woupd be a better fit.I didnt hear anything at all Monday, so on tuesday i called to check on the job status and wanted to know if they had got ahold of anyone. She said they were still working on it an she would pet me know. The next day around noon I sent a text message to let her know I was still eagerly waiting for her response. She assured she was still working on it but hadn't been able to get ahold of the owner still...At this point with it being Wednesday I gave her until the end of the day and called back again to check if she was able to get ahold of the owner. She told me it was a bad idea to call again was very clear she was upset that I called to check in on my job and told me not to call back, that she would give me a call back whenever she heard something. So I continued my week on to Friday, on Friday 11/15/2024 I went up to the branch and asked the lady at the front desk if I could speak to someone from they hiring department and also asked several times if the owner had been there and she refused to answer as if I had never even asked the question at all. When I said are going to answer the question I've been asking this whole time she said she didn't know. I said okay I understand...Then another man I've never met or seen came out and asked what the problem was...So I explained everything to him and he continued to tell me that showing up there to check on my job wasn't a good move for me? I have a video of this entire interaction and if the owner would like to see it or look into this that would be great. At the end of everything the guy that told me it wasn't a good idea to come up there told me he would for sure have someone contact me no matter what.Today is 11/20/2024 I have no interest in waiting or working for dent source and have foumd another job. Shame on the people working in the office for not being more understanding of someones livelyhood. unless I am contacted directly by the owner my decision and thought will not change. When I do get ahold of the owner or anyone at any event representing dentsource.I'll be letting them know all of this just incase someone's not getting the info where it needs to go.Total unprofessionalism at its finestAlso just to add, since I've told people about my issues with dent source EVERYONE that I've heard from or talked to about them has said that this company is an awful company to work for because of the lady Carly who's attitude and power trips are enough to make people quit and walk out as well as made people feel stuck to provide for there families while having to deal with her and her ego.I'd stay away from this buisness, that about the most unprofessionalism I've seen and heard of in under two weeks

Tiffany is the most unprofessional person alive. They agreed to fix hail damage and waive my deductible. My insurance carrier paid for a new truck bed cover but I declined it and they agreed to pay me $749.00. I took my car to them 11/10/24 to start the repair . Never received updates. I called on 11/25 and they said my vehicle was hit by a customer and they were fixing the damage. Failed to give me a courtesy call meanwhile

Had to get my Tundra back on the road asap. Oil Field work waits on no one. Had some forklift back into my fender while on a pad site. Weird things happen when you own a HotShot company. Part of the biz. Called them up. Get her in there, I hate insurance to they did the leg work to get it fixed. Took a bit longer to get the fender in, but no biggie. Once it came in they jumped on it fast. Got me back to work pretty fast. Call them. I think they're in a couple places, I used the OKC location.

They will not treat you with respect and will have your car for way longer than necessary. Do not use this company. Very shady business.

First things first, the company has set up a sort of temporary shop south of Enid, but I think this is the same organization. That being said, I didn't have the same experience as others. The shop doesn't look fun to work in, but it got the job done. When I dropped our car off there weren't many others there, but there were quite a few when I picked it up. TLDR: The crew working in Enid did a great job, and got it done in a reasonable time. I trusted them with our second car too. Service: The individual I worked with was very courteous and answered all my many questions. He called 2-3 times while they had my car and gave me updates. They worked directly with my insurance company, so that was a plus. Time: It took a bit longer than I expected, partially due to some parts that needed to be ordered, but two weeks wasn't excessive for moderate hail damage. Quality: There are no noticeable dents left, and no new damage to my car. All in all, the work was solid, though my car is a bit dirtier, inside and out, due to the shop being so temporary and the recent windiness, mostly footprints, nothing a quick shop vac can't clear out. Amenities: I didn't need, and so declined, the loaner car, though the cars that were available looked decent. I will mention that the flyer we got in the mail promised a check in the mail, as incentive to choose them, and I will follow up in this review, if/when it comes. They did waive the deductible, as advertised. Overall: I'd recommend this crew. I took my car first, and the work was good enough that I dropped off my wife's car too. The Enid crew seems to be solid and hard working. Great service. Good turnaround. Quality work.

Do not use this company under any circumstances. They have had our car for almost 2 months now for hail damage. They put us in a courtesy car that is not in safe/working condition. The oil change light is on, the check engine light was on, the tire pressure light was on and the vehicle shakes when put into gear. When Tori gave me the vehicle she specifically said the car just got out of the shop and they aren't sure what the problem is with it and that I may need to take it to a shop if it gets worse. After complaining about the safety of the courtesy car they refused to exchange the car after requesting we bring it up to swap. They simply patched the hole in the tire and sent us off claiming they did a 100 point inspection and nothing is wrong with it at all. The oil light was still on and the car still shakes. After leaving a negative review on google, Tori refused to give any updates on our car other than "its in line for paint" and told us we are being punished for leaving a bad review and they are also changing the terms of our repair agreement and will now be charging us the deductible which was supposed to be waived.I have requested to speak to the owner but he is always unavailable. I was also not allowed to view our vehicle when I went to the shop. They claimed it was being painted and it was a insurance liability for me to see it. I was forced to call the police and report it stolen simply so they would allow the officer to physically view the vehicle and confirm its status. I will update this review if our car is returned in proper condition.

My experience with Dent Source LLC has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I brought my car in for hail repair on October 14th, 2023, and it still hasn't been repaired. Throughout this whole ordeal, I've been continuously lied to about the repair status, and even when I confronted the shop manager, Michael Caraker, he hung up on me. Despite my insurance company paying out $12k for the damages, the lack of progress and unprofessional behavior from Dent Source LLC has left me severely disappointed. As well as them biiling my insurance company for replacement parts and then having them go back and say after they have received supplemental payments that they actually didn't need replacement they will just repair them. This place is the biggest joke on the street.

Took my car in on December 1 for hail damage repair. The loaner they gave me wasn't great. The low tire light was on. I asked them to check and they aired up the tires. The seat belt warning light never went off the entire time I had the car and it had a lot of trash in the back floorboard and smelled like sweaty construction workers. The heater didn't work well. This was the beginning. At drop off, I had asked Matt how long could I expect them to have my car. He said it shouldn't be too long. I was expecting a few weeks. Communication with them was horrible. I'd call and told I'd get a call back and that rarely happened. Matt was not available to take my calls, either at lunch, went home sick, etc. He did call me back days later a couple of times. After 3-4 weeks, my car was "in line for paint." It waited in line for a long time! Lots of excuses-cold weather, staff was sick, etc. etc. On February 5th, I got a call at about 2 in the afternoon that my car was ready. I went to get it and it was sitting on the lot, covered in dust. I questioned why it was so dirty and Matt said it had been done since Friday, but that he was out of town. I guess no one else in the entire shop could have called me? Upon inspection, I saw a chip in the paint that Matt had told me they'd fix, no problem. He then told me we'd have to open another insurance claim to fix it. Fortunately, someone who appeared to be a manager came out and said they'd fix it before I left and it was fixed. Further inspection revealed large amounts of adhesive from the tape they used on my hood. It was on both sides of my hood. Matt basically blew it off when I asked why it was there. So, my app was showing all my tires were low, due to it sitting for over 2 months. I asked Matt if they could put air in them. Big mistake!! After I drove away, I got an alert that my tires were OVERINFLATED. One was at 58, one at 53, one at 47 and one at 43. I immediately stopped at a tire place, as I was afraid they would burst. The guy looked at me and said "Who did this?" and shook his head. The proper inflation is 35. I'm still trying to get the tape adhesive off my car. I will say that Dent Source did provide a free loaner as promised, and did waive my deductible as promised. The dents are gone from my car. Was it worth it? Probably not. I'd rather pay the $500 deductible and not have the headaches of being without my car for over 2 months.
