My go-to place for appliances! Bought washer, dryer and frig from them 16 years ago when I moved into my duplex. The frog lasted 8 years, less than $20/year. Washer about the same. The dryer didn't give out until February. With delivery, $215. Today they came out and replaced a part, it had stopped heating, less than $100 and done in an hour. Called other appliance repair places in town. Estimates ran between $200 and $350! If you need dependable appliances and do not care about them being old and dinged, this is the place.

Find someone else to send your business to.I scheduled 2 appointments for 2 rentals at $80/diagnostic visit. Appointments were on a Friday. I had no follow-up on Monday. I called them on and left messages on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Finally, they answered their phone on Thursday (7 days after the appointments). Then they emailed bids: 1st bid for $400 was to replace a part. Online the part cost $200, so that would mean $200 in labor, right? I went to the home to look at the part. With a screwdriver and 30 minutes, I had taken the part off the washing machine, reset a spring that was out of alignment and put it back together in working condition. Clearly they had not actually inspected the appliance beyond a cursory look.2nd bid was for $475 to replace a $90.40 heating element. Repair time, under 1 hour.

My mother and law bought a stove from this place and they told her as long as she owns the stove if she has any problems to bring it back to them and they will fix it and all she has to pay for is the part after the warranty runs out. 2 years later they were true to their word. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting used appliances. It's rare these days to have companys stay true to their word, and their very friendly and helpful as well.

I called these people in an effort to get my broken washing machine fixed. Their tech showed up late to my residence (30 min late on an appointment time). Upon reaching the washer he tilted the unit forward took a cursory look and pronounced it "dead." He then charged me their standard 65$ fee, and wrote down some information. He spent a total of 5 min here. On his hurried way back to his truck, he told me again and again, that he would call me with an estimate on what it would cost to replace the effected part, or with an offer on the machine itself. Since then, I contacted another person, who spent 20 min, and now my washer works just fine. Only cost me $55, and he showed up on time. In fact it's now been 3 months since I called the Appliance Guys for my repair, and I have yet to receive that call telling me how much my repair would be, or to make on offer on my Washer. Hell, even to tell me it's not worth the effort. They simply could not be bothered to put more time into my problem after they got my money for as LITTLE work as possible. BE WARY.

The place looks like it's closed. Then when you go in, you have to scream for somebody to come out. And then this poor man is having trouble walking tries to help you. if you ask him any questions he tells you to look at the sticker. so unless you know what you want and you can just walk in and get it. I wouldn't waste time sorry but it was a waste of time.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They came out to fix my dryer within 2 days of my request, and the dryer was fixed by their technician within 30 minutes. We were so impressed, we also bought a new washing machine from them. Absolutely the friendliest and thorough business I have experienced in years!! It's always wise to support the local, family owned, small business! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

New mom here! The gentleman who came to fix my dishwasher didn't bother to introduce himself, so I can't attach a name to the shot job. Silly me took him at his word when he left, stating the problem was fixed. The original call was made Thursday, for standing water in the dishwasher. They were able to squeeze me in Monday afternoon. After he drove off, I opened the dishwasher to find we still had standing water. . When I called to speak with someone at the office I was informed that they were booked solid for three more days. I hate to ask but I did- if there was anyway to squeeze me as he (the repair man) probably should've stayed behind to actually make sure the problem had been solved. She will have to call back blah blah blah. I call back at 5:02! A terrible man named Richard answered, gets incredibly defensive, "I can't let you speak with her, we are CLOSED." I'm sorry, so why are you answering the phone?! I can not wait 3 more days, for something that should have been resolved today! I can not continue to boil bottles like a 1930s house wife!! I have an infant. He was incredibly dismissive and quite annoyed with my complaint. Tells me to call back in the morning to speak with Clay. Seems to me they are too concerned with packing the books with unknowing customers, than providing any kind of quality work. Then they have the audacity to get angry at the customer for demanding the work be finished in a timely manner. Save yourself the trouble!!!!! Find a reputable company- sorry to say appliance guys isn't one!
