Deluxe Nails and Spa

I went in for a classic dip set. I waited an hour and once I was finally assisted by someone, they said they didn't have the color available I wanted. Then they had no alternatives. I decided on a basic dip color, no tip, nothing extra added and they said it would be $55. Last time I came, I paid $45 for a classic dip set with tips. The worker had no valid reasoning for the upcharge, and after wasting an hour of my time offered absolutely no sort of discount or anything. Complete waste of my time, sat in there an hour for absolutely no reason. Never coming back, so disappointed and frustrated.

Seriously should've looked over the reviews prior to coming here. Seriously the worst pedicure, and nail dip ever. Such SLOPPY work thank goodness I was only in town for a couple of hours and just wanted to treat myself because I would NEVER come back here again!!!!!!!! Most techs talk to you while they do your nails, but not this person she chose to not speak at all. Oh well it's why she got such a low tip.

If I could give this place zero stars I would.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They accused my mother of not paying when she had already paid for herself and three other people, and they created a huge scene. Incredibly embarrassing and RUDE( and after they made the scene they realized they were wrong and she did already pay) . They did acrylic nails for me and they are mediocre, not good at all I'm really disappointed I paid 60$ for shitty nails. Their tools were completely unsanitary, they used old and pre used drill bits and old used nail files and buffers. It was disgusting, seriously if you care about they using clean supplies do NOT come here. I'm really upset with this experience and I will never come back and I just want to save other people from having the same experience especially when I'm sure there are other clean salons that deserve your money.

Mia did an excellent job on both the gel manicure and gel pedicure. The salon is nice on the inside and bonus, they offer drinks!

We had an appointment for two people. We waited over 30 minutes and my pedi water was cold and I asked for it to be hotter. My daughter had a great experience with her technician for her pedi and gel mani. I was rushed through, never asked what scent I wanted for my Aroma pedicure. I decided on that one because it listed extra heal treatment. My heal still has rough areas and was never smooth. It was not relaxing at all and it was probably the roughest handling I've ever had for a pedicure. My dip nails are "okay" but not super happy with them either.

I lived in Stillwater for years and finally found a this nail salon. They're the best in town and the facility is clean and efficient. Hours are great and it's easy to call to make an appointment.

Mia is the best! She is great with pedicures & acrylic nails & making appts is easy. Everyone in the salon is friendly.

This was the worst pedicure we have ever had. Uneven toe nail lengths, bubbles in the paint and nail polish around our toes. The lady that did my pedicure was obnoxiously rude. We cancelled our manicures/gel tips and went to another salon and they redid our pedicures and did our nails. Do not waste your money.
