Del-Rancho Restaurants

Visited Del-Rancho for the first time recently and was super pleased with the country fried steak sandwich. WOW! A humongous samy it was! Highly recommend!

I LOOOOOVE Del Rancho and every time I fly to Oklahoma to see my family, it's *LITERALLY* my first stop. My grandma used to take me after church on Sundays to the location in Clinton, and I have such great memories of ordering via the orange phone in the booth! The crunchy, delicious breading that covers the perfectly seasoned steak (I always get the chicken fried steak supreme sandwich) is heaven to my taste buds, and it's always a highlight of my trip

Delicious steak sandwiches and salads!! One of our favorite places! Definitely go inside if you don't want long waits in the drive thru.... Or call your order in ahead of time.

Well we went there when they first opened, was good,we went again last week and the chicken fry sandwich wasn't as big or the breading wasn't crunchy, at all so you're-on your owe,

Drive in only, great during virus. Really enjoy DR here and other places. The signature steak sandwich supreme and homemade o rings always right on!Waiting for the food is far better the food waiting for you! See ya soon!

Had the Steak Supreme and Jr steak supreme with O'Rings! Everything was perfect could not be happier with our meal and not forget the Supreme service we received as well. Thank you Moore Del- Rancho! #steaksupreme

As most probably already know, this is a drive-in or walk in restaurant. I pulled into a drive-in stall and pressed the order button, since I have been going to various Del Ranchos my whole life, I am very familiar with the ordering and knew what I wanted. There was no answer, so I waited a couple of minutes and pressed it again. Still no answer. Repeated a third time and nothing.I decided to move to another stall, assuming the one I was in was broken. The other stall I moved to, no answer. Finally, one of the food runners came by and said they'd be with me in a minute. After I had waited another 5 minutes, I was putting the car in reverse when they finally took my order. Then they took the order of another car that had pulled into the stall I vacated too.There's always a wait for food at Del Rancho because they make it fresh, and I'm perfectly fine with that. I just wasn't sure anyone was going to take my order. I even began to think that maybe the food runner was talking to someone else.I know they were busy making and delivering the food. But I think even answering the order button to say "hang on a few minutes", or a sign at each stall that says "it may take a few minutes for us to answer the order button" would help to better manage expectations.When I received my food, it was wrong. Not a huge deal, just another annoyance. Ultimately after I deconstructed my sandwich and then put it back to get her with the stuff I wanted, it was still tasty. That salvaged this trip. I'll give them some leeway, since I am a big fan of Del Rancho, so I will be back, and will update with better subsequent visits.

We haven't been to this Del Rancho in a while.It appears to be under new ownership/management since our last visit?Still the same great Del Rancho tastes.Gosh it was tasty!We ate in their small dining area with great service by Keanna C.As usual, everything made it to our table hot and fresh, in a very timely manner.Customer service is definitely a priority with this restaurant and it shows.I would highly recommend this place to anyone interested in the traditional Del Rancho flavors.But, don't forget to bring your appetite with you!

Tried calling 5 times for a to go order. No answer, was hung up on twice. They need better more responsible help. Even when there's no other cars there, they are extremely slow. Been months since they last messed up an order, if anything their service is worse. Very Disappointed.

Great food and service today. Steak sandwich supreme was as it should be which is well seasoned and crispy. The service was great and they worked together as if they were a family. Advice is to get there early or call in order. We just left at 12/45 and they were full with a 15 minute wait on food.
