First time here, pretty kewl spot with great eats and relaxing atmosphere. Free parking next to building, beautiful patio area with some covered seating area, indoor seating and bar area. Waitstaff is friendly and welcoming. Wife had the green chili pork tacos with a cup of tomato basil soup. Those tacos are on point, well marinated with good amount of green chili. The tomato soup was creamy and hit well. I had the beer cheese steak sandwich which is like an old style Philly and a cup of chicken noodle soup. The steak sandwich was good, meat was soft but could've been seasoned better, the caramelized onions was amazing. We will definitely be back to explore more of the menu.

I moved here during the summer of 2014 so it has only been about 6 months. The location is perfect. You're right around the corner from Bricktown. The Deep Deuce neighborhood offers popular bars such as The Deep Deuce Grill, Slaughters Hall, and WSKY lounge to name a few. ParkingThe Deep Deuce area definitely has a parking issue depending on which part of Deep Deuce you live in. If you live on 4th street, parking isn't too bad if you don't have a garage or a paid parking spot within the complex. Otherwise parking on the other streets will risk your car being sideswiped by other vehicles. There is a $40 monthly fee to get your own parking spot within the complex. I would highly suggest doing this so you're not stuck looking for parking just to get home. They have units that are connected to garages if that is more convenient for you. InteriorThese apartments have been undergoing renovation every single time an older tenant moves out that had the previous interior. The new interior is quite nice. Laminate wood flooring (I know. But what did you expect? Real wood?), stainless steel appliances, new bedroom carpets, and renovated bathrooms. The place looks great. RentDue to the location of this complex being downtown you'll be paying a premium on rent. It ranges between $900-$1,950. Be prepared to pay for location. Nearby AmenitiesFor grocery shopping you can do some of that at Native Roots on 3rd street. It's a 5 minute walk and its a great grocery store. For those of you who love to work out there's a YMCA down 4th street and a 24/7 gym on Broadway. Also on Broadway there is a dry cleaning place that does a really good job. The fire station and police station are right around the corner so response times to emergencies will be short. Cons:Because these buildings are a lot older things like heat and air conditioning are a bit dated. My heater can be bothersome with the noise it makes while it runs. The apartments are poorly insulated so it gets really cold during the winters and your electricity bill will be through the roof. Other than these minor complaints Deep Deuce apartments is a great place to live for young professionals who want to stay in the hustle and bustle of downtown OKC.

If you love paying a premium for minimal to no security, this is the place for you! A possibly intoxicated resident smashed their car through the security gate, and has now been broken for well over a month. Since the time our gate was broken, I've now had my car illegally towed by the towing company they use (Arrow), my car broken in to and ransacked within resident parking, and now my spouse's car has been ransacked. Apartment management has expressed zero info as to when the gate would be restored (I'm sure this is a corporate issue) and defers all questions about security on their own private properties to the OKC PD and to my knowledge, employ no security person of their own. Security is not taken to be a serious issue by the apartments - Looking forward to when our lease is up.

I lived in Deep Deuce for a year. The buildings are quite nice, and the maintenance men are kind and responsive. The only real physical issue is that the building leak A/C like a sieve, so your energy bill will be through the roof, and the HVAC struggles to keep your home cooler than 75 degrees in the summer. But now to the real problem. The management. They are borderline criminals and thugs. They will attempt to steal money from you at every turn and then threaten your credit if you don't threaten them with small claims court. Example 1: they overcharged me for rent, I talked to them, and they apologized and changed my ledger in front of me. Then they hit me with an eviction threat. Luckily, I only ever communicate with landlords in writing, so when I reminded them of their mistake, they backed down and apologized. Example 2: I informed them that I would not renew my lease with them 50 days in advance. They claimed they needed 60 days or they would charge me. I reminded them they had a duty, under Oklahoma law, to mitigate any breach of contract I made, including giving only 50 days' notice. I threatened to sue them in small claims court if they fucked with my credit and also reminded them they would have to prove any damages they suffered from the lack of ten days' notice (obviously close to zero dollars). Initially, they were meek, but once they learned I was leaving the state, they immediately threatened me and were clear they would gladly see me in court (which they knew I would spend more on going to than the extra rent). Example 3: Attempted to charge me consistently for renters insurance through their cronies. They always had a copy of my renters insurance, on which they were co-named. But why would thugs be deterred when they can attempt to steal from you and then back down instead?Example 4: They stole my deposit (of course). The apartment was left in pristine condition, by their own admission, but they heard I was moving out of state, so they stole it, knowing it would cost me more to return to recover it in small claims court than it was worth. Please understand that I have never had an issue with a landlord before. I have an 815 credit score and a high income. I attempted to be kind to these people before I had to protect myself. These are, in short, not kind people. Please do not do business with them, and do not allow them to keep their borderline criminal enterprise running. Until their bad behavior economically hits them, they will continue. You have been warned.

Lived here for a little over one year and I cannot wait to move! I'll start with the good things... The location is great and they are pet friendly, that's really it. Now with the negatives and this is all personal experience. 1.) Things simply don't work.. heater did not heat at all in my first apartment here, hot water heater has went out 2 times, faucet on kitchen sink was not properly installed so it hangs and the hot/cold lines are ran to the wrong spots. Bathroom light switch only turns the lights on 50% of the time, gate has not worked in months and is just sitting open, lights in stairwells are always out, grill at pool didn't work for a very long time, and numerous other things. This is no knock on the maintenance man because he is constantly working.2.) PARKING IS A NIGHTMARE! 90% of the time the only open spots are covered spots you have to pay for. I get that you should have some covered spots, but if you have 3 people for every one spot then there is an issue. Or just cover them all and charge everyone.3.) Price point is roughly the same as the other apartments in the area yet the quality is much lower. I ALSO DO NOT WANT VALET TRASH SO STOP CHARGING ME....4.) (Pre-COVID) Explain to me the point of a community center if it's only open when everyone is at work?! How are people supposed to use it? 5.) Answer the phone, getting the employees to answer the phone is next to impossible, I've legit called while sitting outside the office and watched them not answer, just to then go inside and they aren't busy. 6.) The actual residents while some are nice, most are ridiculously inconsiderate. Our upstairs neighbors are so loud they rattle the glass in our windows and our downstairs neighbors throw parties 3 nights a week until roughly 4 am. Combine that with people who refuse to pick up their dogs crap of which I get blamed.. People parking their cars and blocking other spots so that people can't leave, throwing trash everywhere, smoking on the balconies so that it comes into our apartment.. just basic rudeness.Honestly I was extremely excited to move in here but now I cannot wait to leave. Go to any of the surrounding apartments before you come here!!

I loved living here from January 2019- January 2020. However, our cars got broken into in the spring of 2019 and everything in my car from makeup to clothes and my laptop & laptop bag were stolen out of my car and my roommates car. Great location and apartments but management needs to invest in better security or possibly patrolling.

Never in my entire life have I experienced the level of unprofessionalism that I have experienced at Deep Deuce. The staff and management are unresponsive, lazy, and extremely unhelpful. I would give this apartment complex zero stars if I could. It is a shame, because the location is amazing and the interiors of the apartments are gorgeous. Management is so poor that it overshadows anything positive about the place. Please- if you are considering spending this much $ in rent downtown, look elsewhere.

Just want to preface this by saying that the actual apartments are nice. When we moved in in February of 2013, the staff was incredibly friendly, outgoing, helpful and nice. Unfortunately, a new property management company has since acquired Deep Deuce at Bricktown Apartments. The first thing to go when the new property company came into the picture were the friendly staff in the front office. They were summarily replaced with snarky, condescending middle-aged women who are so far from friendly is scary. They immediately banned the leash-less dog park area (it was advertised as such when we moved in), which was one of the primary reasons we chose this location. After the dog park was re-purposed as arbitrary open space, renovations on empty apartments began. The third party contractors are loud, working from 7 AM to 8 PM, blocking in cars in the parking lot, trashing the area surrounding their work site and just generally polluting the area with trash. There has been broken glass at the bottom of our stairs for a month because someone decided that underneath the stairs was the best place to store used and unwanted ceiling fans. Our bare feet and our dogs feet can attest to the amount of glass. When one of the nails left by the work crews caused me to get a flat tire, we finally confronted the office manager Amanda. After making us wait for almost an hour, she declined to invite us into her office and instead we discussed our issues in the lobby of the office in front of other residents. She was rude, unapologetic and utterly disinterested in helping. We always pay our rent on time, have never had issues with anyone we've met at the apartment and are extremely personable people. As much as we love living in the downtown area, we will not be renewing our lease here because of the abysmal service and complete lack of interest in current residents.

Way overpriced for what you get. The office staff is rude and don't communicate with one another so they always seem in the dark. The apartments are updated with cheap new cabinets and things constantly break and need maintenance. The pool is poor even though they did invest in new patio furniture. Sure the surrounding area is ideal, but the management is out to nickle and dime their residents.
