I'm extremely disappointed in your business. Despite being a repeat customer and believing you to be caring and responsible with my dog, whom I consider to be my baby, I was appalled to find that you didn't have a sign on the door or notify owners about the situation. It's unacceptable. No one was answering the phone, they knew I was picking up today and they decided to leave at 1 pm, they didn't notify the owners not a courtesy phone call, no sign on the door. When my son picked up my dog, she smelled of feces, indicating she was left in a cage for an extended period, which is precisely what I feared would happen when dogs are caged for too long. Dawns barking lot response:I will explain to my customers on my Google account that you would put the well being of your dog over human lives. Shame on you.

My dogs love coming to Dawns! We have boarded and groomed here for years with our 95 lbs boxer and 75lb Shepard pup! She always come out happy and clean! My Shepard is long haired and I am so appreciative that they get some of the Furr balls coat off! I've never worried about their safety, I've left them for a week or more when we are on vacation. The place is secure and the staff seems to truly love my animals and their Jobs. Thank you Dawn you are the sweetest. I'm so grateful I don't have to worry about my babies!

We have been bringing our standard doodles Goose & Moxie to Dawn's for years now. We love them, as do our pups. We actually lost one of our fur babies, Moxie, suddenly and unexpectedly earlier this year at only 4 years old and they were affected by our loss, as well. We are thankful for not only their amazing grooming skills, but also their caring hearts and kindness. We have recently added a new pup to our family and we know she will love it at Dawn's just as much as Moxie did. We have also boarded here and have had great experiences all around. The pricing is competitive and the service is the best you'll find in the OKC Metro. 10/10!

No complaints here. I've lived in Edmond for a few years, and haven't found the perfect grooming place for my rescue poodle. We used to just drive all the way to Diamond Dog, because they do a great job there. However, lately they've been booked two months in advance and my rescue hair grew out quite a bit. Other places in Edmond I have tried have either been extremely rude to the point of being threatened, or they just suck and are expensive due to the area. I'm so glad a friend referred me here, because I got in within two weeks, dropped off at 9:30, and had my dog back around 2:30. The other place we frequented would have us drop off at 9-9:30 and wouldn't get done until 6 or 7 passed their closing time. I posted a photo of my dog. I think our groomer did an excellent job, and we plan to be back. Already asked for another appointment. Try Dawn's out if you have struggled to find a decent groomer with fair pricing in the Edmond area.

I have used Dawn's for many years to groom and kennel my dogs. I always have a pleasant experience and the staff is super friendly.

They do a great job on my very wiggly dog and he's always excited to get there. I've referred them to several people and they're all very pleased with the service there as well.

I'm fairly new to Edmond and have found it difficult to find a groomer for my two cats that was affordable for someone on a fixed income. I tried Dawn's and not only did they meet my expectations, they exceeded them in quality service, but price. i Will definitely be bringing Raj and Fig back on a monthly basis!

We love Dawns and our 2 frenchies love them too! They are always accommodating and take great care of our fur babies.

I have taken my dogs for grooming to Dawn's for many years and have never been disappointed with their care. When my senior lab started having problems getting in and out of my vehicle, Dawn would come to the back of my SUV and trim his nails to save him the stress. Now her daughter handles the business and takes wonderful care of my very senior Border Collie, Bogie. He has issues with his back legs, and she is always careful and loving with his grooming. I wouldn't take him anywhere else!

I have had good luck with Dawn's Barking Lot. They love my beagle Sophie, who is loud! They do a good job taking care of her. Also, when they give her a bath, her fur is so soft and she smells good. Thanks Ladies!
