Daryl's Appliances and Furniture

My daughter bought a set of Samsung appliances from Daryl's Appliances and all three items have broken - it has been a month. Daryl is not exchanging or repairing the items. This is a dishonest person taking advantage of people who are unable to purchase better quality products. This is a scam of a business. Disgusting business practices.If I could give less than a star, I would!

I purchased a washer and dryer in mid-September. 60 days later the dryer completely stopped. When I called to resolve the issue the store clerk was rude and basically told me I was out of luck because it was purchased as is. They took a fully functional dryer and told me they would call me to tell me how much they would give me for it and never did. I have called three times and they refuse to do anything or return my dryer.

Daryl has a tremendous body of knowledge about most anything.He has a strong moral compass and his business practices reflect that.Daryl is a good steward of God's earth.He realizes we have a responsibility to care for it and to use wisely and distribute justly the goods of God's earth to meet the needs of God's children.On a 5 Star Rating System, Daryl is a 10.For all you do for so many, thank you, Daryl.I appreciate you, Judy E, Czubak's (Zoo's) friend

After being shown the shop and how he personally takes everything apart for inspection and makes sure everything is in new working order is in fact a lie. We purchased in February, delivered in March, bearing went out in April. Still making my payments. Darryl only cares about money. He does not care about happy customers, keeping his word, only money. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY from here. When trying to get him to fix his OWN work he only tries to sell you a new unit. Oooh! Not to mention he didn't even put it together correctly to begin with! He put the hot and cold backwards..... you are better off going to the dump and getting something. It's what he does!!!I called another person bc you refused to come pick it up just stating you would need more money, which is obvious. You did not do a complete check of this machine prior to selling it. You rip people off, have horrible customer service and you just want more money any time someone calls you. You were called multiple times about this and never once came to fix it. Now it's being taken to the dump and I just purchased a brand new set and waiting on BBB to follow up as well as Acima.

What a blessing it has been to have discovered Daryl's, our fridge broke down causing a weeks worth of stress and spoiled food. We went to another well known used appliance parts place and they sold us a bunk part that did not work and would not give us a refund.Daryl helped us with the correct part that solved the problem and saved us money buying a new fridge. Very rare to find a honest service these days and we are grateful to do business with him. His kindness and integrity was greatly appreciate. Highly recommended.

Terrible. From start to still not finished. Our window of 10-2 became a 6:30 delivery. Which the kid barely put the fridge on our porch. Aaand it doesn't go below 50. Daryl himself was supposed to be here 2 hours ago. Oh and did I mention the drawers are shelves are missing too? $1000 with a 30 day warranty. We'll see

Daryl went above and beyond to fix my dryer. I am beyond impressed and thankful that I called him. Especially after having a bad experience with another local repairman. I will recommend him to everyone and he is my new go to appliance repair person.

Saved us lots of money!!!! Daryl is amazing! Our dryer was squeaking, thought we needed a new one. Went to Daryl's to see if it could be fixed. He fixed it in less than 30 minutes! My dryer works now! Did not have to spend hundreds of dollars for a new one! He cleaned it all out for us! Recommend highly!

Im only giving one star because I bought a fridge from Daryl's and it never got cold but the freezer was frozen solid. They made me pay $40 to pick up the fridge, "repair" it & when I got it back it worked for 1 week. I wish I would have read the other reviews before I had made a purchase. Now I'm sitting here with the 3rd set of ruined groceries. This place is terrible

We went to Daryl's today to purchase a used dryer. Daryl asked us what happened to our old dryer. It would not start when you pushed the button. That's all I know. He explained we could possibly use it as a trade or he may be able to repair it. He gave me a card and told me to go home and call him with the model of our old broken dryer. Over the phone, he gave me a few simple instructions to possibly trouble shoot the issue. Come to find out it was simply an easily changed fuse. He sold us one and we now have a working dryer for $20. Daryl could have EASILY taken us for a couple of hundred dollars but he was more interested in helping us out. Needless to say, I am a customer for life. Daryl is definitely on of the GOOD GUYS. Thanks again and God Bless.
