We had a leak in the refrigerator they told it would be 99$ for service call and parts are separate cost. He came out unloaded every thing out of the freezer and the fridge side took off 2 panels inside said not leaking there. He told me he had to talk to Danny and get back to me that's been 3 weeks ago. Paid the 99 for 30 minutes to say they will give a call back which never did. Turned out it was the water line to the ice maker.

I scheduled service on my dishwasher through GE website. Appointment scheduled Christmas Eve from 8-5pm. Terrible time, but it's what I was given. I waited all day and no show. I called first thing after Christmas and the "owner" answered and was so rude. She told me she doesn't have any help and repairs only get done on her personal appliances. What a bazaar response! I asked why she doesn't remove her company from the list of service providers and she replied it was none of my business and hung up on me. Wow! Avoid avoid avoid! I didn't purchase through them as my appliance was in my new construction home when I bought it, but I would NEVER purchase anything from them- EVER!

Shocked they are still in business. Worst customer service of all time. They literally make you feel like you are bothering them to be in their establishment. Thought they might of had a bad day so Gabe them another chance and called with some questions and again the "gentlemen" on the other side basically interrupted me before I even asked the questioned and replied nope can't help you and hung up..

Only place in town that actually stocks common replacement parts, and sells them cheaper than you can find on the internet. Service is also completely reasonable. Everything was cheaper than I expected, and Danny was happy to offer advice on replacing my washer door switch myself. Went off without a hitch and saved me the extra 100 I would have spent anywhere else. First place I'll call from now on.

We had been looking for a new washer and dryer at the big box stores and it was going to be a month to 6 week wait to get a set. Danny's had a brand new set in stock at a better prices than places like Lowe's or Home Depot and in less than 24 hours it was delivered and set up. Him and his team are friendly and have great customer service.

Went into Danny's today was told a refrigerator was 400. One small plastic piece was broken and I was told that they wouldn't sell it to me because they wanted to fix it first. So I asked if I could buy it now and pick it up fixed again I was told no. I guess they don't want to sell their merchandise.

I brought in my Samsung washer. It had a broken pump. The pump had cracked and Samsung no longer made the part. Danny of Danny's TV said he knew where to get one after market. After I got my washer back and was taking it off my truck I could see the pump from the under side of the washer. It was the same old pump glued back together. I double checked my recipe to confirm I had payed for a new pump and in fact I had been charged for a brand new pump. Stay away from these people.

Danny's is probably the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life!!!! Would not recommend them to anyone!!!!! Against my better judgement my husband wanted to do business with him, support the smaller business instead of the large chains...turned out to be a joke!!!! We have tried close to a month and a half to get Danny to give us a call back and let me be clear I am not talking 1 or 2 phone calls, we have called several times and several times a week....his wife is rude to my husband when he calls, we finally got a call back from Tony (not Danny) the service guy, made an appointment for him to come out, and guess what...a NO SHOW!!! Yep and not even a phone call to say I am not coming....RIDICULOUS!!!! Save yourself the time, money and frustration stay as far away from Danny's as you can!!! Oh I looked it up, rated a D- on the BBB!!!!! This is on a washer less then 6 months old that we bought only because Danny said it was the best and we would love it!!!! NOT!!!! This is on a washer less then 6 months old, if I could rate this a no star I would!!!
