So, the fields are obviously closed now. What I was impressed with is there indoor batting facility! I mean wow. I was hesitant to share this, selfishly, so I can use it allll the time. Lol, that being said, the 1-5 star ratings are old and not relevant to this new, state of the art facility.

We came here from out of town for a big multi-state team tournament. The field conditions were very poor with dead, patchy grass, ill-defined baselines, and uneven batter's box and pitchers's mound (?) --more like a ditch. There were pieces of trash and debris littering the area. This seemed more like a backyard or church field than a location to host guest teams from outside the area. In addition, the areas between the deplorable playing fields were uneven and creviced with gravel and dirt and cracked asphalt - quite dangerous. They don't allow outside drinks/food -even water and paying $2 for a bottle of water is ridiculous. I would not recommend this location and hope we don't come back. Truly disappointing that this place exists.

my review is less of a review and more me asking a few questions. I just want to make sure I have this all correct. You charge us 6 dollars a head to walk through the door. That's fine. I'll pay to watch my kid play. No problem. Then you charge 10 dollars a player to actually play in the tournament....There's no way you're allowing food or drinks into the "beautiful" ballpark you have going on... so in the 100 degree heat we are forced to buy 5,6,7.... bottles of water at $2 dollars a pop. Again, this would be fine except whilst standing in line trying to assure that myself or my family members don't pass out from the heat, I've missed 30 minutes of the game because the concession stand moves about as fast roadkill. Here's the thing... this is just baseball and it's little league and paying to watch them play or paying to let them play is NOT my issue. I think my biggest issue is why that money doesn't include a dang scoreboard?! Heaven forbid I go to the poop flooded bathroom and miss a play because welp, there's no scoreboard. Furthermore, anyone out there have a weed eater? I couldn't tell where the infield ended and the outfield began. I know I can't be the only one feeling this way. Get it together guys.

We have been going to D-BAT for a couple years and it seems to have really gone downhill. We took our team to a tournament a couple of weeks ago and it go "rained out" for the entire weekend after one hour of rain. No other tournament in the area cancelled their tournaments that weekend. They simply operated on a couple hour delay. The fields were also in horrible condition. Overall, it seems like the person running the tournaments does not want to be there. Communication with the tournament director was difficult but we did finally get our refund after reaching out to them four times. We recently also went on a Sunday to get a cage. Their website said they opened at 11am, but they did not open until noon. We are very disappointed considering this location could really do some great things and put on great tournaments in the area.

Rude service! Lady at the front desk is very dry and rude, came in to open a membership and she was not friendly or inviting.Did not offer any information. About membership just told me cages were unavailable until a certain time.Customer service goes a long way!

D-bat should be ashamed of their field conditions!! I sent a comment/complaint after last weekend's tournament but no response. They still keep having tournaments...charging team entry fees and gate fees only to find unplayable fields, overflowing toilets and shorthanded concession stand. It's sad because it didn't used to be this way.

Went there for the first time with my son for a 30 minute time slot. The front end service was top notch in getting us to our cage. However, at the end of our time slot as I'm picking up balls with my son, an employee enters the cage and begins moving equipment around simply saying "we're closed."While I can understand the place closes at 9pm, I've been to my fair share of batting cages all around the nation, including other D-Bats, and this was the first time I've ever had an employee walk into a cage at the exact time in order to make it known we had to leave immediately. Oddly enough, several other cages were actively hitting, yet they weren't engaged by this employee. For $25, I expect a certain amount of customer service that is far more professional. Not to be herded like stray cattle. When my 6 year old asks why he's kicking him out, that is an issue. I'm sure others have had great service and this is most likely an isolated issue, but this place has lost my business.
