Crunch Fitness - Quail Springs

Was here for work for a month. Enjoyed working out at this gym. It's never busy. Staff super friendly. Always clean. My only suggestion would be for the person spraying aerosol room fresheners in the air to NOT do that near where people are working out. You never know if that might trigger an asthma attack or migraine. The guy spraying was holding down the nozzle on the can and walking up and down each aisle. I was on a piece of cardio equipment and literally had that in my throat. So unhealthy.

not very happy with the great big huge lying signs that are all over the front of their building. They tell you it's 995 a month no contract. That's what the sign says when you get inside and they start the lying. Not very happy with this place don't have any desire to ever go there again. I bet they lose a lot of business by lying.

Out the gate I don't like this place. I walked in to sign up this evening and was ignored by multiple members of the staff. I stood there for a few minutes in hope that someone would greet me. I just walked out very frustrated.

Great gym! I love working out here; great location, staff is friendly, management is responsive to requests ( I asked for a piece of equipment and they had it in the gym a short time later), equipment is in good shape, and you have quite a bit to choose from. Things I wish were available, would be a couple more smith machines (1 is not enough), a basketball court, and spray tanning, and a pool or hot tub but I knew some of these things were not going to be there so I am not too upset about the water amenities, a couple of the other things could probably be added fairly easily.

I joined October for 1 cent, paid November, tried to get the first training scheduled several times by different means...no response. Cancelled first of December and was sent an invoice for almost 3x my monthly amount. I knew I would pay for the last 30 days but I was not made aware of any other charges since I was only a month to month plan. Gym is clean but overwhelming when you can't get someone to help show you the machines, etc. only for seasoned gym goers. 3/10 do not recommend.

Love the gym but the low stars because of how unpleasant Kiersten (not sure on spelling) was at the front desk. I was running errands and came in to tan last minute and didnt have my eyewear on me and they have always given me those one time use eye protection and she said I had to buy theirs now and she couldn't give me those anymore. Im not sure if she was having a bad morning or what but she wasn't nice. I left to drive home and grab the eye protection instead of buying it there. If she were nice, I would have definitely just bought a pair there.

Kierston is awesome at the tanning counter. She always has a great attitude. This location over all has been wonderful. I come in and expect to just have a workout but even on my bad days they greet me with a smile and make a positive difference.

this new manger or whoever it is i believe his name was Lanney has horrible customer service skills. he was so unprofessional and frankly rude. i used to love coming to this location but i might have to switch it up now. the only manger this location has had that has good customer service skills was a man who i think his name was james.

Worst gym I ever got involved in. Ask to cancel my membership and was charged 89$ to cancel. This place is a rip off I only went one day . The 1$ first month is not real. they change you a full month if you decide to cancel. And 59$ for members dues after 3 months. I hadn't even been signed up that long, A month and 5 days. And still had to pay that to cancel. I will not recommend this gym to anyone.

Met with Poe he is great and I think I'm going to like this gym!! !!!! come to crunch fitness quail location!!!!
