Crumbl - Yukon

Can't be disappointed with Crumbl. Tasty treats for everyone. Expensive but shareable and a great gift!

I came with the intention of picking up cookies as a gift for a host, so I didn't eat any myself. Upon arrival, I wasn't greeted nor given any instruction. I saw mounted kiosks to place an order. When you select your cookies, they are virtually arranged in the box and I liked the way I had them arranged, but when I received the box, the arrangement didn't match what I had been shown virtually. Glad I looked at the website ahead of time, as I was unaware that they only serve a specific set of cookies at each time, so I had an idea of what I wanted already. I purchased 12 mini cookies in Feb 2025 for $27 and change. Glad my work was reimbursing me, as that seems expensive for cookies, but they looked delicious and seemed to be marketed as a more luxury brand. Note that there is no seating or tables either, just a small building with a very clean-looking open-concept bakery. No way to enjoy the cookies at the venue, only to-go. Service alone brings my review down as I wasn't acknowledged when I arrived. I'll swing by another time and actually try a cookie and leave an updated review when I do! The good news is that my hosts really enjoyed the cookies and they were gone so quick.

Soo yummy! Perfect sweet treat! Service is always fast! Love how the have differ flavors every week.

Always greeted with a smile and the staff is kind and helpful. They also remember to show you your order each time.

We were celebrating a birthday at work and the boss picked up a dozen cookies for the celebration. They opened promptly at 8:00. Service was good. A lot of us had no idea the cost for these cookies. We bought the crumble cookie cutter for $5, the Happy Birthday sticker was an extra $1 and with the 12 cookies the total was a little over $57. We all put the cookie cutter to work and I tried numerous kinds. My favorite had to the the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cookie. It was very reminiscent of a snickerdoodle which I love. The majority of our staff loved the Oreo option.

The pink red velvet cookie was really good!. I did like the raspberry cheesecake it just needed a little bit more raspberry on top because the Graham cracker crust had a tad bit too much salt in it! The raspberry had a nice consistency and taste. They were able to refund me. I went to another location to get another cheesecake one.

It's amazing how poorly this store manages product. Every time I try to place an order, they are out of their popular items. I look at almost any other store in the area, and they are in stock, regardless of the day or hour. One would think managing the stock of 7-8 items would be an easy task. Guess not.

Cookies were not bad but customer service is absolutely terrible I walk in and nobody helped me I stood there for 5 minutes before somebody helped me there was at least 4 workers there that saw me and did not say a word

I went in after I got a haircut next door was going to buy 6 big cookies, I went to the counter and stood there for at lease 5 minutes and no one would even look at me let alone wait on me. I said out loud, I guess they don't want to sell any cookies so I turned around and walked out. In July after my hair cut I walked in and bought 6 of the big ones, they had like 4 people in there but didn't do good by me this time. The cookies are to die for but service not so much. So 5 star on cookies and a ! star on service

I stopped in to try their cookies. Seemed a little unorganized but they are new to Yukon so I'm sure it will be better. Staff was nice. Only one person taking orders and she was directing people to use the two self order screens. Ordered 4 cookies. I was a little disappointed that no spiced cookies were offered since it's Nov.I tried the Carmel cream cheese cookie. Cookie was good. Didn't taste any cream cheese but Carmel was nice. Big cookies so they're nice to share.
