Crumbl - North May

I got a gift card from my parents and have been slowly using it. The ambiance in here is a bit factory-like? But the employees are efficient and friendly whenever I go in. The other night, I ordered ahead, but they ran out of a cookie I wanted, so I got a coupon for a free one for next time which was gracious. It's a bit of a drive for me to come up here, otherwise, I would be in more often. I enjoy the weekly changing flavors!

None of us should ever underestimate the imagination Crumbl dedicates to creating new flavors. The inspiration to be different distinguishes them from other entities in the same market. Crumbl employees at this location were friendly and helpful. They also promptly delivered my pick-up order to me when I pulled up.

Can you really go wrong with Crumbl? I don't think so. The cookies change every week, I don't love them all, but there's always a lot of options and for sure one for you. Definitely worth trying and checking out.

The place was confusing because there are people working there but you still have to use their order kiosk. Impersonal and overpriced.

Great cookies. Presentation, texture, and flavor are top tier. Customer service could use a bit more training.

The selections are always rotating weekly which is nice. I feel like the dough at the core of every cookie tastes the same which gives almost every cookie the same taste with the first bite.

gross! why aren't they changing gloves from working the register to handling food? Also, icing cookies, then checking their phones. I'm sure this happens at other places but good grief, the kitchen is open- we can see you!!

Crumbl cookies are very good. I appreciate the size of the cookie for the price charged. Some are better than others. But, I'm addicted

The app was ridiculous, I get things happen but when I called the store they literally left me on the phone for 30 minutes. Took an hour to place an order. Again, I get stuff happens, but this was crazy. Still great cookies though.

Good. Icing is too much. Like it. It's close. People like cookies a lot. They ate fun to get.
