These cookies are straight up garbage. Gritty texture and little flavor. When your cookies have to be smothered in toppings to be good, that should tell you everything. Flavor combos are weak on the weekly! To all you online "reviewers" just stop , stop with promoting these basic a$$ cookies . I know y'all are board but can you at least latch on to a cookie brand that's good ?

Conveniently located in Moore amongst a ton of businesses, so that was a great plus for me while having other errands to run in the area. I think the employees assume that everyone who walks in knows how the Crumbl process works, so no one greeted me or anything. I was just kind of standing around until I asked, "do I have to place an order at the kiosk or something else?" Then someone finally offered me some assistance. The cookies are HUGE, which makes up for the costly dozen, $40 for 12 cookies. I would return to check out the weekly flavors, but I would strongly suggest some upgrades to the customer service.

Most of the cookies are a bit too sweet. The only ones that I have really liked out of the past few times are the chocolate chunk cookies and the peanut butter with the Reese's pieces. The icing are way too sticky sweet.

A little pricey, but it's a sizeable cookie that I end up eating 2-3 more times afterwards. I appreciate their seasonal flavors. This time we got the Lemon Cupcake. It was yummy and wasn't overly sweet, which was surprising since Crumbl is notoriously sweet. It's a small storefront where you order from a tablet, and the cookie gets served pretty quickly. There are no tables to eat inside. There's a bit of disconnect between staff and customers, so not many words are said, but at least you can come and go!

I have been craving cookies for two days and talked my daughter into driving me to Crumbl cookies. When we walked in it was like 6 females in there working on cookies and no one spoke. On the way home I tried the cookies I did not like the chocolate chip it seemed like it was under done. The rocky road was good and the churro had to much icing for my liking. I really enjoy the smell of fresh baked cookies and a plus the shop was clean.

I enjoy the different varieties of cookies, but wish they would have a pecan chocolate chip cookie option. I'm not sure if this is not done because of allergy reasons but some of us want a pecan chocolate chip cookie.I took off a star because when I placed my order through the app, I almost didn't catch that the app automatically added a tip to my order. This is completely inappropriate for ANY business to do, and it proves most people these days expect to be tipped, and by expecting a tip you cease to EARN a tip!Tipping has and will always be optional so this automatic tip nonsense needs to be adjusted where a customer can add a tip if they choose to. Tipping will never be the solution to unfair compensation. Crumbl, do better and fix your app, and pay your staff a fair wage.

The cookies are excellent. No one greets you when you come in even though they're 4 people who can see you. Once you place your order on the tablet, it is filled quickly. Could probably replace the people with robots since they don't speak . Again the cookies are amazing.

Delicious, delicious cookies! I love the fact that they alternator flavors. I hate the fact that I've ordered several times on the app and paid extra for stickers or things to be on my box that were never put on.
