The freeze warning signs have been destroyed after years of reusing them as they are tattered.

Maintenance throw stuff next to the dumpster and leave it. This particular trash has been sitting here for a week, since last Sunday.

Blackmailed my family with threats of eviction, per corporate, if I didn't change my Google review from negative to positive. That's blackmail and I crime. They do not care about your safety as there's weekly break ins and yet they refuse to pay for security. Maintenance leaves trash and debris in the roads for you to run over and flatten your tires, the apartments are not luxury and the outside is never cleaned, see in photos. Do not live here, were had electrical problems for years they ignored depositing my children's lives. DO NOT LIVE HERE. The reviews you see on Google are all fake, Google the people or look em up on Facebook and see they don't even live in Norman, rather noble and chickisha. Yet they make positive reviews for this place lmao, it's a joke don't risk it. Oh and DO NOT USE EMERGENCY HEAT, they will push you to use it in the winter instead of the unit outside, they say it's more efficient but in reality it's EXPENSIVE as it uses ALL ELECTRICITY to heat your home, use the compressor and unit outside by using regular heat. More tear on the equipment but less money for you.

Awesome people and place! We lived here for a little over a year (until we purchased a house) and it was the best renting experience ever! We have lived in a few other apartments across OK. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful! They kept up on spraying for spiders/bugs every other month. The location is great and we never had issues with finding parking. The maintenance guys were always in a very timely manner at getting things fixed. Great overall experience!
