Beware of the place. If you are a 1099 contracted employee such as Doordash Uber or Amazon or self-employed they will NOT be able to verify your income and they require 3-4 times the rent. We went in and we told them we we're self-employed they first told us they needed 6wks of earning statements. I called after I tried to apply online, and I had questions they said then we needed pay stubs when I said we were told earning statements were sufficient she says "well if that's what she said..." so, we finally applied after we had 6wks. When we went in the processed us as individuals charged us 40$ when we are married, and they said couples were charged at 50$. They emailed us and said we needed bank statements for a year. After that they said we needed a year of earning statements. Finally, we sent everything they requested needless to say we ended up getting rejected because they couldn't verify the income. Then when I filed a review on Facebook, they gave all income verification methods none which included earning statements. So, we would have NEVER gotten accepted. They blatantly lied to us. So again, I warn again 1099 contracts employed or self-employed. They will tell you whatever it takes to apply but your application will be rejected.

This community was beautiful, apartments were stunning inside. My only complaint while living there is that it seemed as if anytime I had a concern they were quick to throw up the defense instead of expressing empathy. I will say that there was improvements in the professionalism though. I could also see that they were always making changes to better the community. I moved in shortly after it had been built so of course with any new community things are stressful for the staff. Another suggestion would be to partner with a trash service vs one compactor in the complex. Overall I would recommend living here based on the efforts of improvement and the luxury of the community.

Love our apartment and the community. Pool is truly a resort style pool. Fitness center is so nice, and the feel of the apartments is like a resort. Luxurious, off the road, perfect location. Safe area, beautiful countryside view. I don't recommend the second floor, our neighbors above us are so loud. Sounds like they do jumping jacks all day. Trash is at the front of the complex which is sort of inconvenient. They tried to decorate for Christmas but it looks very last second, and unorganized. I am really enjoying the food trucks they are bringing to the community.

This place is a roach motel with a chandelier for ambiance.Do not be fooled by this place, besides the spiders, roaches, ants, and rats having Gucci bags, there's absolutely nothing luxurious about it. I have lived here for almost 2 years now and regret it heavily. After working through 6 years of college and having an apartment with actual black mold, we decided to treat ourselves and live in this "luxury apartment". We should've stayed with the mold. Here's why:- Everything is broken. All the time. In our first year we filed 8 maintenance requests. 8 of them. That means in a 12 months span, only 4 of those months did we not have some type of issue. That should have been our warning. But, hey at least they fixed it right? Even if it took multiple requests because when they fix something it is usually the repair equivalent of a Band-Aid on a bullet wound, but we're not usually one to complain. So we renewed. BIG MISTAKE.- The office ladies with dark hair ae the nicest ladies you could ever meet. They are kind, patient, and very empathetic.. but unfortunately they are not the ones in charge. In stead the overlord of the office is a big headed chunky blonde highlight woman with lips even thinner than her patience. If you have to go to her for anything you will only be met with hostility, blame and the oh so fun reminder that your problems are, in fact, not her problems. Loud neighbors? Not her problem. Package got stolen? Not her problem. House infested with every rodent under the sun? Not. Her. Problem. And also it's your fault. So if you rent here, you are on your own. So you'll be super glad you're paying that luxury price tag when something inevitably happens.- The grotesque rodent problem. I filed an absurd 17 maintenance requests so far in my 2nd lease term, most of them having to do with the swarms of roaches that have infested my apartments, which according to the chunky-highlight delight is...you guessed it my fault... for daring to keep 12 pack soda in my own home (literally her words). And here I didn't know that roach love Coke-Vanilla so much, but like same. But i'm not sure my love of carbonated vanilla beverages are the cause of the many spiders, crickets, June bugs, ants, lizards, and whatever those long black things with like 30 legs are the live in my bathroom.. Oh and the new addition, actual f*cking New York Style huge RATS. To which they put 3 carboard sticky "traps" and was like 'good luck Chuck'. No ma'am. The issue is in fact not the delicious delicacy that is vanilla Coke. It is that these apartments were slapped together and the foundation is uneven causing LARGE GAPING HOLES that cannot be filled with weather stripping, I tried, and allows anything to just walk on in.- The trash problem. While we're speaking of things that attract rodents and insects, but will somehow be your fault. The trash compactor frequently breaks or goes out of service which then causes very large heaps of trash to just be piled up in front of the complex for hours to days at a time. But just know this too, is your fault, even if you delay taking out your trash to not contribute to the problem. I guess I should have stored my beloved vanilla coke on the roof since I'm not allowed to have it in my house or throw it out unless it's a full moon on the 5th Friday after your second cousin, twice removed, is getting married. Since that is the only time the trash compactor is available.I tried to suck it up and just do my time like a prison sentence as I'm very anti-confrontational. But the fact that I tried to just speak to someone and try to come to some sort of middle ground to be let out of my lease 10 days early and was met with no amount of empathy as well as absolute hostility and the maintenance man literally standing over me and yelling at the top of his lungs...is true buffoonery. Like I said, i'm rather meek. So congratulations. Your bullying and intimidation tactics worked. You win. I hope it was worth it.

Where do I even begin? Talk about good service until they saw me in person (if you know what I mean). Unreliable and highly unprofessional. The receptionist had a constant negative attitude on the phone and you are forever placed on hold. I drove roughly 3 hours to fill out the application in person, paid the deposit and gave them my move in date (which was approved), everything was okay until the day I actually had to move in. Then everything went downhill, it's been constant attitude, new request for information (that wasn't needed at first) and prevented me from starting my new job because the apartment was not ready when I requested it. And it appears they were more frustrated than me, who have to start all over because of their unreliability. Overall, would not recommend, lease at your own risk.

Just moved in and very disappointed. They offer a 30 day money back guarantee but do NOT believe it. People speed through the complex, don't keep their dogs on leashes and there's constant hip hop blaring from cars outside. Management does nothing to stop it. Please do not trust these people.

Tara Tomiska. Assistant Manager. Remember that name. A quick google search will tell you all you need to know. Past and present. We had a tour scheduled. She was beyond rude and disrespectful. She asked very personal questions and assumed that we couldn't afford to live there. She asked personal questions about our cars, living situation, and wanted every bit of information she could get to determine for herself whether we'd be a good "fit" for that community. She was provoking us, trying to get a rise and a response by saying negative, backhanded profiling racist things in a "friendly" tone. She also wasn't wearing a mask, and we're in the middle of a pandemic. Hey Tara, here's a little piece of advice for you. You say you've been doing this for over 20 years, and yet you have no respect for potential residents, and apparently no respect for present residents either based on other reviews. If you're going to work in a field where you have to interact with people and lease apartments to people, find some respect. I will be contacting Leinbach Company and speaking to them about you and your attitude.

Crown at Lone Oak was a nightmare, I would strongly encourage anyone to look into other options, as I wish I had. At first the complex is refreshing and new. But, as you stay you notice how poorly built and ran this complex is. We were the first to live in our apartment, and required 6 maintenance requests in the first year. Better yet there were half a dozen cracks in the walls by the end of the 12 months which I'm sure have now been cheaply patched. When we first moved in there were hundreds of nails scattered throughout the complex including in our apartment. This was a huge safety concern for people and dogs, which required several residents to actively lobby management to take any action whatsoever. It was pulling teeth. Management brought their friends to the pool in the summer which spurred twerking contests and fights, definitely not something we wanted to be a part of. If you need anything don't expect any help from management, they will respond with attitude and all of their procedures make you jump through hoops. Their online portal is extremely inconvenient, it's not updated until a couple of days before. For example, I was out of town with no service for a week and attempted to pay ahead of time, I couldn't. I returned to be charged over $100 in late fees and I was not allowed to use the portal, I had to take off work early to get a cashiers check. Upon move out, one of the employees told me they didn't need the key fobs back (these are extremely cheap) so we didn't return them. I was then called 3 days after our lease ended and asked "so what's the deal with the keys?". After I asked how her day was going. I ended up out another $120+ to pay for those three days even though I listened to their employee. This apartment was a registered nightmare, they built the complex speedy, and honestly I doubt it lasts (the safety is a concern) and the management does not care about their residents. They are rude, short, and show no empathy. Don't believe everything you read ,management bribes residents with keys to write good reviews. I don't want anyone to experience what I experienced here, I would strongly advise looking somewhere else and staying far away from Crown at Lone Oak.
