DO NOT rent from the place. Rented Titan airless paint sprayer. First off bad instructions to operate when picked up and instruction page attached no instructions to operate. The unit would not hold pressure once stared spaying screened latex paint. Was fine in water. We got online, watched videos and went to the Triton site to get manual. Still didn't work. We wasn't a half day messing with this sprayer. Cleaned up properly, returned on time. After explaining the issue the guy argued with me and said unto was working fine. They then tested just in water not paint so they don't know how it performs using paint. He still charged me the rental fee not even offering a discount due to our frustrations. Terrible customer service. If you rent from them beware.

If you're a woman don't bother stepping into this store. They're a**holes. Can't even bother to look you in the eye and try to help you. The little guy at the front counter could learn some manners, something like "hello, how can I help you?" Should be a good start. He tried to make me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. How much clearer can I get when I ask for a "concrete grinder small enough to get as close as posible to the corners and walls" his reply was "you gotta take the floor moldings first" well duh! ...waste of time.

Im a do it yourselfer so I rented tool from Hertz, United, HomeDepot... I was enticed by Crossland weekend rental promise: Rent on Fri and bring back Monday for a one day rental fee. I rented a jet sewer snake at 4:40 on Fri and brought back at 4:30 pm Monday and was forced to pay a two days rental fee because I brought it back too late. Go figure.

Terrible place. The yard is messy, and while some workers are okay, most are slow and incompetent. I rented an air compressor and a sandblaster from them and had to go back twice to get a replacement sandblaster because the bladder broke. I also had to return for a new air compressor due to engine and oil faults. The replacement compressor (called the Airman, I think) was barely usable and did not provide dry air, causing many issues with the sandblaster. Additionally, the customer service is very poor. One employee, who often answers the phone, is particularly rude and unhelpful, showing a complete lack of concern for customer needs. Overall, a very frustrating experience, don't go here.
