No stars for this place! Worst place to stay, all concrete and no shade at all there are no trees there. Plus to many permanent residents there, you'll be lucky to find an opening. Go else where...

Cross Trails in the most inexpensive RV park in the area. It's only a couple years old, thus lacking mature trees. It has a grassy area at the back of the park and is pet friendly. They have a shower/bathroom, that is handicap accessible. It has laundry facilities that at the time of this listing it cost $2.50 to wash and dry a load. I'm a semi permanent residence, and yes, some of the trailers could use a washing, and there are a couple of them that could use some collected things cleaned up. The roads are being grated regularly now, to flatten out the roads to drain of rain better. Most of the parks I've seen here near Tulsa, the RV's are packed so close together, where at Cross trails, there is space between them and you are not packed in like cans of tuna. Beautiful views are all around. It's affordable with water, sewer, electric and trash paid including WiFi. Propane is available nearby in Sapulpa, Cross Trails, Circle K Storage and U-Haul are also available here.

True rating is 2.5This place is really just a very small trailer park (with permanent residents) that happens to have a few open spaces available for the night. The concrete pad is nice, and the electric and water hookups are top notch. However, all of the trailer homes were permanently parked OLD bumper pulls in various states of disrepair. The tenants have been allowed to keep belongings and trash cans around the outside of their trailers and it is very junky looking, there are no plants between spaces to obscure these views. The onsite gravel road is uneven and has a lot of large potholes where water collects. If we had gotten here earlier in the day we would have driven down the road and found another place to stay. After dark, a Class A pulled in, tried to park, had a brief look around and left. If the management would make the tenants clean up their junk and there were some sort of privacy screening between spaces this place would easily rate a 3.5 due to the natural bluff setting. For now, this spot is fine if you arrive late and leave early. Definitely not the kind of place RVers would decide to stay for a few days, especially at $35 a night! Too bad.
