Cross Timbers Marina

Our friends keep their boat at this Marina . Yesterday we went there to enjoy a day on the lake. The little ramps that you walk on on the way to your boat are in such bad shape, the coating is completely gone ,so they are dangerously slippery. My friend slipped and fell, hurt her arm and burned her legs on that bear metal . Those things needed to be replaced long time ago. They did not want to complain about it, because they had problems with management before and nothing was done to fix it. But I say it's not a safe place to go or keep your boat at.

Ivan, jacey, Baylor and layne were awesome. Didn't even have to get off my boat. Hard working crew for sure.

It was easy to book our jet ski rental online, that's about the only positive element of the experience so far. Parking - abysmal. People can't park in OK for some reason, so cars just out of spots awkwardly and makes it hard to navigate the narrow parking lots. There is not enough parking for the massive size of this marina so be prepared. Timing - the website says to arrive 15 min early, we did and ended up waiting past our departure time. I'm fact, we are still waiting for a jet ski to arrive for our reservation time (they are officially late now). Covid - the website says masks are mandatory, and like everything else in this insane town, no one enforces this very simple and basic safety precaution! Stop ignoring the pandemic, and keep your guests and visitors safe otherwise you'll kill off anyone who does use your facility. I didn't observe a single mask by anyone, including the employees inside. Other than their ability to take our money I'm not sure what is good about this marina experience. If you have a boat you want to dock there are tons of slips.

This place was very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful view day and night!

We bought a brand new 2020 boat from them. It was damaged several times and we also have an engine with an issue. The boat has been with them a total of 4 months, and counting, out of the 10 months we have owned it- and we still cannot get an answer as to when it will be fixed. In this time, they have also damaged the gel coat on the boat, along with tearing seats- all which had to be fixed/replaced while in their 'care. The manager, Hank, prefers text messages as a form of communication, but we are lucky if we get that or any update on our boat. At this time, owning a new boat is turning into a nightmare, and one that they are refusing to communicate or rectify. We obviously would not recommend the Marina's service center.

The jet ski was awesome, highly recommended. The pontoon was great, partly because Brady made renting fun and easy. Thanks brady and cross timber's marina.

Boat rental is over priced. You should at least include fuel! Take some pointers from Destin, FL. If I were younger I'd build a marina and put you out of business!

Bad customer service and management. The staffing for this business needs to be on the same page with rules and policies for boat rental if they want business. Also, some of the staff needs to learn some common courtesy. Will not be coming back to this place, after all, we never felt welcomed in the first place.

I rented a boat for the Thanksgiving weekend for my family and I've never been treated so good. They took all of our belongings down to the boat, they even took my grandfather down to the boat using a golf cart. When we got back, they were waiting at the dock to take my grandfather back up the ramp along with all of gear. Great Service

My sister and I stayed over this past weekend in the Cozy Retreat cabin. We enjoyed the stay, and the cabin is as advertised - COZY!! We would probably get a slightly larger cabin next time. The management is very reactive to issues, fixing the problem/bill as quickly as possible. Very pleased!!
