Crest Foods

Love love this new crest. It's in a perfect place and the prices can't be beat. It's a beautiful store. I often wonder why stores like this are put in areas of wealth, while more expensive stores are put in lower economic communities. This store would be perfect on the eastside of town in Oklahoma City. I just don't understand the logic but again everything is about appeasing those with the most. Like the store just expressing my thoughts and some frustrations.

Clean and new inside which is nice with large shopping Isles. There only thing I was a little disappointed in. They didn't have as much organic food that I would like to see. Over all it's a grocery store with reasonable pricing.

The CREST Foods Market is the Best Market {around} & this CREST in Norman is my favorite Crest! Being a former Dallas Dude.....I can honestly say this Crest on 2550 Mount Williams Dr., {Norman} is the Neiman Marcus of Grocery Storms! It's: Large, Clean, Beautiful & Modern! And the Prices are extremely low, and can't be beat! The Manager & Employees are all outstanding! Today I would like to recognize Manager: Gary Tiedke, and Employees: Abbey and Nikki! As those 3 are "Top Drawer," and Crest is quite fortunate to have 3 such valued employees!

North Edmond has long needed a grocery store and thankfully Crest came to the answer with this, their newest location. The aisles were well stocked, prices were more than fair, and get this, real human cashiers! I appreciate that Crest has living employees and management that seems to care. Lastly, I sincerely appreciate that they remain open 24 hours as not even almighty wallyworld is open late anymore.Never change, Crest!

The store is absolutely beautiful and in a part of town that has desperately needed a nicer grocery store than Walmart. Unfortunately, we've just had too many encounters with grumpy and sour employees for us to want to go back. One manager in particular (I wont name drop) doesn't even seem to like people which makes me wonder why he's in the customer service business altogether. Lastly, I can't recommend the premade sushi. Unlike Uptown who has a mean selection on grocery store sushi that is fresh and delicious, the stuff I picked up here either smelled and tasted past its prime or just lacked flavor altogether. Back to shopping farther away and hoping for yet another alternative in the neighborhood.

I love Crest in general, but I love this one even more. Right off the side of the highway no heavy traffic trying to go there, clean parking lot and good prices.

They said bread aisle would be closed for 5 minutes. We shopped for an hour waiting and then were told it would another hour. Incredible rude. Even when asked if they could please use hand us any bread we were told extremely rude "NO".

I purchased a turkey from crest on December 24, 2024. I am cooking for family on Christmas Day I open up the turkey and it has the most rancid smell. I did not have a Ziploc large enough to contain the smell when I drove it to the other crest location in Edmond. They were telling me I need to drive another 20 to 25 minutes with the bird to the location from which I purchased it. After explaining that my car reeks of this smell already, I vehemently refused to drive with the rancid turkey in my car as the smell was too strong to tolerate. I went through the trouble to go outside, put gloves on with the returns lady named Kennedy in front of the I 35 location, open up the bag, and snap photos. I now have to drive to the other location to show the photos of the bird along with the receipt in order to exchange it for another bird or get a refund. Since so much time has been lost in this process, my family and I decide to not cook a turkey nor cook the Christmas dinner period. I have been a customer of crest for over 25 years. Unfortunately, no longer. Absolutely ridiculous!

Extremely poor customer service. After customer service reps were rude to me, I completed a feedback form. A manager called me, not to apologize, and not to offer any reconciliation, but to reiterate the rude stance the employees took.

Went to Crest to get some fried chicken and some sides. I was at 645pm and noticed that the employees had put up all the food up and everything was pretty much cleaned. I looked at hours for the deli and it is open to 7:30pm. Spoke to the manager Nick and he was not too upset about it closing early.
