Crazy 8 Cafe & Coffeehouse

A cozy, spacious restaurant with a kind staff! The food is affordable, and it came out quick. Lots of sandwiches, soups, and desserts to choose from! If they have creamy jalapeño as the soup of the day, it is a MUST!

My mom brought me an egg salad sandwich with a side of potato salad and WOW. It was AMAZING!!! I also tried my dads chicken ranch sandwich and it gives the eatery here in Anadarko a run for it's money. My mom said they the workers there were very nice and welcoming. and the atmosphere there she said was very relaxing. WE WILL BE BACK.

I will definitely be coming back here, the staff was very kind, the atmosphere was very clean and nice, and the food was also good! I got the egg salad sandwich, the flavor was great and the potato salad it came with was delicious. The iced chai was my favorite part of the trip however, it was smooth, creamy, and had a good amount of spice. Can't wait to come back!

My partner and I stopped in for lunch with a Chickasha client, Laurie. (Laurie had really raved about the place, and, well, she should KNOW, as she works in downtown Chickasha and eats at Crazy 8 all the time.)On a side note, I grew up shopping in the Levine family's famous Dixie Store (i.e., the department store in whose building both the Grady County Museum AND Crazy 8 are now located), so my lunch was a bit of a walk down Memory Lane for me today. (The old pneumatic tubes are still in place, even!)I ordered a really terrific Caesar salad with sliced chicken breast atop. The romaine was fresh and crispy and, even though the dressing wasn't a true Caesar complete with raw egg and anchovy paste, it was good. My partner ordered a salad/soup combo. His soup was especially good, by the way -- he gave me a couple of bites. )Well, not really. He gave me one bite and I stole another when he wasn't looking. So, uh, yeah.)I don't remember what our Chickasha client (Laurie) ordered, but I DO know that she thoroughly enjoyed her lunch.P.S.: The soup I mentioned earlier? The one that my partner had? It was a cabbage roll soup, and was absolutely DELICIOUS -- fresh cabbage, tomatoes, and what I'm pretty certain was ground beef. )Yummmmmers. (Now I want to look up a recipe to make a batch of this particular soup at home!)I had freshly made iced coffee to drink -- a hazelnut-flavored variety that couldn't have been better it if had to be.Let me tell you -- this was a darned good lunch treat for around ten bucks a person! (And yes, that included sales tax.)The service was friendly, too -- very much so. Cozy, small town friendliness -- something I grew up with and often miss in nearby Oklahoma City.I have a large contract coming up in Grady County later this year, and I certainly intend to return to Crazy 8 to fill my belly with good, home cooked food.

Coming back for home cooking for the holidays. All the menu items are good but don't miss the daily specials and many desserts.

Wow...what am amazing surprise in an otherwise lackluster town. Beautifully appointed coffee shop with high ceilings, scrumptious homemade pastries, excellent coffee.

Sooooooo good!! Homemade sandwiches and desserts. The chicken ranch is definitely the winner but if they bring back to French dip you'll want to try it. The Reese's peanut butter pie is my go to dessert but honestly, it's all good!

Good food- something between tea room and cafe, long-time city fav for city personnel. Had lunch there recently which consisted of a sandwich, small salad, dessert, and tea. Lunch plus small tip was $27. (a bit of a shocker) No service- place order and pick-up. Pretty sure dessert was delicious the day before.

Excellent!! A must stop if your in Chickasha. Sandwiches are fantastic just make your choice. Friendly waitstaff , and a varied menu .

The very best! Chocolate sheet cake and Hershey bar cakes are to die for. The crazy 8 salad with chicken is so good. And their tea is the best around! Recommend to anyone I see!
