They have the best everything!!!! BBQ,, Ribs,, gizzards, livers, potato wedges,polish sausage. Service is super friendly and they are always busy.

Surprisingly, this little deli/bbq has the best ribs in Ada. My friends from out of town always stop and pick up a couple of slabs when they come to visit. Plus, I have used them for catering company parties when it comes to the meat dishes. Their food has always been very favorably received, with lots of compliments and questions about where it came from. I trust them to produce a great product every time.

This gas station/diner has been and establishment in Ada for as long as I can remember. It has always been one of those places I enjoy coming back to for some good old-fashioned bad for you but delicious food. Typically you get the same kind of customer service, friendly college age kids just making a buck but enjoying their job. Not sure if it was just a bad day or what the situation is but the guy working today's lunch shift was just plain awful. he was grouchy at the drive-through and even questioned me like I was an idiot when I pointed out that he did not bring me something I ordered. Hoping this is not a trend. I know of many other places in Ada to get some awesome barbecue!

Don't eat here! My roommates sister worked there. They have a hot box with fried foods. The same you can get at any other gas station in Ada. There are 2 main options. Hot box or BBQ. Hot box is okay and just about the safest thing not prepackaged you can eat. BBQ is a whole other nightmare of an eating experience. You see a smoker outside, your thinking fresh cooked ribs and sausages and what not. NOPE. Its cooked twice a week maybe three times except for the smoked chicken breast, hamburgers, and smoked sausage. The ribs, pulled pork, and brisket are cooked, not sold, then put in cooler over night, heated in hotbox all morning growing bacteria until lunch time until its hot again. Chopped brisket and pulled pork are microwaved in the mornings until hot then placed into hotbox for sandwiches again. The cooler has a pile of cold briskets and pork shoulders wrapped in foil. This isn't fresh. The baked beans are from a can (which is fine) but just mixed with bbq sauce and onions and nuked in the microwave. YUM! I could see reusing leftover beans for two days but NOT MEATS. This isn't the worst of it. The CROSS CONTAMINATION of the entire serving area is what drives me away as a customer. Go in and sit down have a cup of coffee and watch for twenty minutes. The employees are taking money from customers then touching registers. They go back and forth touching food and packaging and utensils. There are flies on the tongs, condiments and toppings. You order a burger they go grab a bun with dirty hands and with those same hands put cheese and pickles etc...onto it. The toppings aren't even kept cold. For hours the toppings sit out in plastic ware on the counter with flies and peoples germs from currency festering on them. YUCK! I'm sure alot of places in Ada and everywhere else have the same lazy tendencies and methods, but have some morals for peoples health. You probably won't die here, but you definitely will digest more than food. No worries no extra charge for the bacteria, no need when you are already overpaying for award winning day(s) old BBQ. On the plus side and the only reason for a single star, THEY HAVE ICEES!

Cowarts has good food, but I don't go there anymore because it takes too long to go in and go through the drive-thru. I have several co-workers who have stopped going as well because of this.

The worst hamburger that I've had sense grade school cafeteria. Stacks of hamburger patties, looked like mabe 20 or 30 of them. That can't be sanitary. Flies in the store. Food not covered, worker's going from register to the food. No hand washing. Before I ordered the hamburger I was looking at the meat behind the glass. Couldn't figure out what one of the stacks of meat was till I got my order. Surprise it's a hamburger. Took a bite, was cold, bad taste. The trash got to eat the rest of it. Will not try again. Fuel seemed to be good. Car still running fine.
