This hotel has a fantastic location and a good front desk staff. But you can tell that the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. Not having breakfast is a massive loss and something that I come to expect from hotels when I stay there. So not having it means I'm already at a financial loss. Besides that, this hotel isn't a perfect location to all. Needs them all is across the street, multiple restaurants as well as shopping centers all within a 3 to 5 minute drive

It was as just ok! Nothing spectacular. If you need a hotel close to shopping and eating then this will work. Our room smelled old! Thank goodness I'm a Scentsy consultant and I NEVER leave home without a room spray. The indoor pool was closed. The bar was closed. All due to Covid which I get but I think they could run at smaller capacity instead of being completely closed! The front desk wasn't the friendliest either! Less than helpful when asking questions. 2 stars for location.

The 5 stars is for the staff. The condition of the hotel was normal for this particular market. Very outdated. Even though the hotel was built in the early to mid 2000's. The material and decor goes back far as the late 90's. Just a less fortunate market. Upper management has other properties to attend, this is just a slow burn. If that.

The hotel looked nice walking in but we ended up not staying, while checking in my wife noticed a sign on the pool stating it was closed. They weren't going to tell us about it during check in apparently, also the restaurant and bar in the lobby is closed. We stayed at the holiday inn and suites at 6200 Robinson. 10 mins from there they had a bigger pool area and hot tub plus their restaurant was open and kids eat free at every meal.

Hard no. Parking lot is a little post-apocolyptic, full of pot holes and some sort of sunken, weird, over grown decorative thingy off to the side. The room was tiny, the carpet was stained, the tv was small. The front desk is usually empty, although staff did come when called. We had looked forward to the pool and hot tub - but they were closed for renovations.I travel a lot, and have always been able to rely on Marriott to provide a comfortable stay - this is my first disappointing experience. We won't be back.

After being on the road all day and looking for a nice place to lay our head down. We was greeted by Mia, that was sweet and more helpful than any hotel or Marriott I have stayed in, in the last two months. If more Marriotts had employed like Mia, I feel complaints would go down. Thank you Mia for helping out stay be amazing.

I was happy when I arrived there late on Monday night to check in and find that there was a bottle of water in my room. Since marriotts usually have a market to purchase water or at times there is a large tag attached indicating a fee, I thought to myself, oh how nice this hotel provides complimentary water.Well, note to self, after checkout, I discovered there was a $3.50 fee charged on my cc, only to call and find out it was due to this bottled water.During my call I was informed the label indicates it is VIP water. Now this may be confusing to some, or only to myself but apparently gold members are not considered VIPs and the VIPs are platinum members. So thank you marriott for letting me know my non-VIP status after the fact.I was also informed that nothing could be done for refunding the amount since I drank the water. Believe me marriott, I would totally return it if I could. By the way does that mean only something could be done if I hadn't had the water? I mean obviously I wouldn't be charged so there would be nothing to do then right?Well, I'm glad you are attached to your $3.50 water so future guests beware and pay closer attention to these labels and definitions as I will take my non-VIP self and leave Marriott to your VIPs. I'm always happy to know where I stand.

Do not book a room here, the general manager is a total scam artist that pre-charged us for our room and then didn't have a room available for us and told us we were just out of luck. Despite the fact that we had a reservation confirmation number that was booked directly from the hotel. Completely unprofessional and totally fraudulent. If you don't want to show up at a location and then have to find a completely new hotel for your family to stay at, after you've arrived, then book your hotel room ANYwhere else in the OKC metro and avoid the dishonestly and rudeness of this manager and unwelcoming and unhelpful hotel staff. Totally unbelievable.

I was up in OKC for a family function and although I have been a fan of Marriott hotels for years--this is one that is showing its' age.The hotel staff: Tim (front desk) and Kayla (bartender) are great people. Really make you feel welcome and comfortable. The elevator is old and takes a while to get to the floor and when it does, there is an oppressive feel to the corridors. Guess that is attributed to not keeping them air-conditioned.The rooms are large & comfortable. The bed was 5 stars and it was very quiet. I thought it odd that there was only 1 towel, 2 washcloths & 1 hand towel. Decent place to stay and reasonably priced, just needs to be updated & turn on the hall a/c!

Took trying 4 different keys before we got in our room. There were leaves on the ground and a hot pocket in the freezer. A random old room key sitting by the toilet. I also woke up with pink eye, my friends are fine though.
