Love living there but they don't cover ANY expenses AT ALL. They gave me a rent quote and they knew how to make the price sound reasonable but by the time payments came, reality kicked in and turns out it was Rent + renters insurance + water + Trash and sewer. While maintenance service was quick I felt like they where money hungry.I lived there for 1 year and 3 months and to make matters worse after my lease was over and I moved out turns out they where charging ME an extra $50That's why I decided to give them a well deserved 2 stars out of 5A OK locationPet friendly neighborhoodFast maintenance response And okay grilling and pool areaBut these dudes don't cover ANY Expense but maintenance So if you decide to come live in countryside be ready to pull more money out of your wallet than they make you think you are, oh and security there is bad. They only pass by twice a night and they don't have security cameras anywhere, I heard a few neighbors getting they're cars broken into despite the area that they're in

I lived in these apartments for five months. They were quiet and to me looked nice inside and out. When I first moved in a few roaches had shown up so I called the main office and they had pest control come out. By the time my fifth month came around I was going to the kitchen to get something to drink and a mouse came through the wall and ran under my stove. I immediately called emergency maintenance to make them aware of the situation and I vacated my home. Maintenance told me it's not an emergency and that they would come the next morning which they did and caught the mouse. I returned home and stayed in my apartment for a few days until I heard scratching on the walls at three in the morning. Once it stopped I went back to sleep but the next morning I woke up to a hole in the bottom corner of my wall in my bedroom. When I called the main office they said they would send pest control out. Pest control didn't find any mice in my apartment and the two entries I found I told the main office about and they patched the holes. The one in my bedroom had gotten bigger before I had told them to patch it. I stayed at my parents house for a little bit and while I was at my parents my dad put down mice traps on top of the bait traps pest control put down. My dad moved my refrigerator which didn't happen by maintenance when I asked for them to look everywhere and under my refrigerator were three dead mice that looked like they were there for awhile. In a week my dad and I caught six mice and that's not including the mouse maintenance caught originally. When I complained maintenance said they were going to put an ultrasonic plug in my apartment that would detour them from my apartment. That didn't work either. So then with my dad bringing every dead mouse to the office I asked them if they could put flyers up and check other apartments with pest control to figure out the problem as I was already told by other leasing agents they are aloud to do. Such as saying "they have been made aware of a problem". The property manager told me legally they can't say what is going on in my unit, but I didn't understand why they couldn't check other apartments. After another week I went into the office again and asked what they can do. The property manager said, "you're the only one complaining in your building. What do you want because clearly what we're doing isn't making you happy having pest control come out every week." She also got an attitude with my father who had been having to clean up the dead mice. I told her I wanted to break my lease. By the time I moved out we had killed 9 mice in my apartment with five of them being babies in a span of two weeks and there was feces everywhere. The sad part about this event was someone else in my building had mice I found out as I was moving and never called it in. It's wrong to make someone live with something just because I'm the only one complaining about the situation. They could've gotten a real exterminator out to check the walls not just pest control and vacate the building. None of those things were offered to me.

These apartments are in an OK area, the proximity to I-35 can be annoying depending where in the community you are. The overall grounds aren't well kept, no one cleans up after their dogs, office staff doesn't care to enforce rules, porches have anything and everything someone wants to store, trash and random kids toys on the covered parking, loud obnoxious kids with no parental supervision all over the parking lot most afternoons and evenings. Pool didn't ever look fun to go in and was always filled with loud kids, the gym is a joke. Only thing that was okay was the price and the maintenance team, don't remember he guys name but he was very nice and responsive and said if we ever had an issue to just knock on his door. You get what you pay for.

Office never answers the phone. They do everything out of order. They're extremely unprofessional. And when you have a problem, like I said they don't answer the phone. If they answer they'll say they'll call back in 30 mins and never do. Or if you go, they'll ask if you can come back. It's just ridiculous honestly

This place is highly unprofessional. The managers are very rude. Their maintenance men are straight garbage and are going to cause someone to either get injured or worse die from an electrical fire. Plus half the units probably have an outdated ac unit that was put in since 1985. A lot of the other tenants have been complaining and or having issue keeping cool. This place is ridiculous highly suggest not living here. Also the maintenance men will damage your property so I recommend hiding the valuable things cause you won't get reimbursed back on it. It's cause their maintenance men aren't bonded or insured and the main office that runs the complex don't want to take responsibility. The tenants do. If you're reading this take my words and go someplace else.

Here's the thing. Apartments are clean. Very outdated for "luxury" apartments. You may find a couple roaches. Carpet definitely wasn't cleaned before we moved in. Trash area is always overflowing and you're guaranteed to see tweakers going through the trash all hours of the night. Oh, and the dog feces, don't forget about that- it's everywhere!!! Very old A.C units that drip water down the inside of the walls- thankfully living here isn't long term, I can't even imagine the mold problem theyve got brewing. If you ever feel in danger or have any noise complaints or anything be sure to call their after hours Walmart rent a cop. They'll be here to help once they're done with their rounds through the stores parking lot. If they come.I sincerely hope that if you do decide to spend the amount of money they want for rent, that you get peaceful, normal, considerate neighbors. If you don't, YOUR LIFE WILL BE HELL. The walls and floors of this "luxury" apartment are PAPER THIN. Every footstep, slam, yell, sneeze and fart that your neighbor makes will sound like they're in the next room. God forbid they've got loud kids. I just hope you don't work. Or need sleep. If you have concerns, like maybe willing to move apartment buildings because because your neighbors are so loud, nope. The manager will tell you "Well, if we move you, that won't fix the problem- whoever we move in after you will have the same problems." I can't make this up.And common sense is not there either. I hope you don't have to EVER get up early. Don't enjoy your sleep. They LOVE to have their workers come SUPER early - it was 7:30 am- and lay carpet, drill, throw stuff out the windows, and hammer. At least it sounds like someone got a new carpet laid when they moved in.If you want to spend tons of money for a small, outdated, unsafe apartment complex that's just kind of o.k, and roll the dice when it comes to having a good quality of life, then this is the place for you!!
